The quality of service of what your nails and toes look like have really deteriorated here. I've been going here for 4 years and Bec I developed a friendly relationship with the owner Kim and a few others I have continued to come but always hope I get a good manicurist- which is only about 3-4 out of the group. There have been times where the owner has had to redo my nails but today was the last day I'll come. I came in as a walk in and they agreed to do a mani and pedi. The elderly woman doing my toes couldn't see very well but I felt bad and didn't criticize but rather waited until it was time for my gel manicure. Kim asked if I would come back in an hr but I had a flight to catch and they had agreed. She quickly used the electric filer and when I asked if she was going to do my cuticles she said no she didn't have time Bec her appts were starting to show up. I then said never mind. She said she didn't have time to redo my toes and even though the quality was basically an uneven paint job with islands of thick paint and thin paint she would give me a $5 discount. I felt really disappointed and then she said don't pay at all and I insisted and left cash at the counter. I won't go back anymore- I have recommended this place to friends and colleagues over the years Bec of how warm and friendly some of the staff are but at the end of the day I want my manicure and pedicure to look at least decent and it's really hit or miss and I need a more consistent quality that I can depend on. read more

Great service, great price! Personally, I like my cuticles to be trimmed, not only pushed and they do a fantastic job! Ask for Kim II or Kim I, they are the best! Super clean, I always see all the technicians with gloves on and have always observed that they washed their hands before and after each client. The polish always lasts at least 10 days after Kim II does my nails. I love this place! Will keep coming back! read more

To piggyback off the other reviews... Amazing pedicures w/the ease of mind knowing that each utensil has been autoclaved. The staff do not rush in an attempt to get you out but instead take their time, being meticulous and attentive to each persons individual needs. Prior to getting our nails painted, we received appr 30-60 minutes of dry skin/cuticle removal, leg/foot massages, and foot scrubbing. The atmosphere was relaxing; you walk in and off set to the manicure tables are two rooms where the pedicure chairs are placed, 5 in one section and 4 in a different room. You do not feel like you are walking down a cat walk as you enter their facility. All of this for a 26$/pedicure. WOW! They could charge $45-50 for the services they provide. I highly recommend this place. This place has set a completely different standard for all other nail salons. Spa and Nail is the place to relax while getting a pedicure. read more

I said well I did the best I could with the time limit I had between work and getting there. Better I took 99% of it off than made you do it all! She then put three nails on crooked and only fixed one. All of my tips are filed different sizes and styles. I have bubbles in more than half my nails.I told her not to even paint them I was so annoyed. Then for her to talk shit in her language about me, wrong wrong and wrong. As our country deals with racial issues, and you think it's ok to talk shit about paying customers when they are right in front of you is appalling. They also don't use clean tools at all. I went to get a regular pedicure and the worker did do a good job but they don't have the actual blower that dries your nails. They just kind of point a fan at them. And the worker must have thought my nails were dry before they actually were. I got home at one of my big toes was messed up. I called and they told me to just come in and they'd fix it. I did and then they told me I'd have to wait at least an hour and a half. I wanted to try somewhere new but this experience was a failure. Would not recommend read more

Also they usually always have discounts or coupons online and so many colors to pick from whether it's dip, gel, or regular!! I've gone twice and been disappointed in the quality both times. I do dipping powder and I had a corner of my nail chip off from under the dipping powder the first time. The second time my nails were done about a week and a half ago and I had a corner of the dip/top coat chip off of one of my nails today so my nail is exposed. I'm there to relax, however the owner or the person incharge told him to hurry up . I requested a shellac manicure as a walk in and received prompt service. Pros: Was in the chair within minutes of walking in. There was a television with daytime tv programs playing. The shellac mani was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect shape, perfect thickness, and my cuticles looked better than ever. It only costed me $30.00 (I did leave a $6 tip) Cons: Was not greeted, only told to pick a color and sit down. They were somewhat steady, but did not clean mani stations between customers. The first tech that I attempted to work with became frustrated with me immediately after I asked for temperature changing shellac and gave me to another tech that didn't speak during the entire mani (maybe she didn't speak English?) Was not offered any beverages or candy (many nail salons do this, so I guess I have become accustomed to this) Long story short, excellent manicure, but received less than expected in an under kept environment. Would recommend, but warn about possible language barriers and cleanliness. read more

Reviewing nails salons is difficult because it really depends a lot on who your nail technician is. I have been here several times and have had several different nail technicians. The last time was for a pedicure and I had a less than stellar experience. I would even say it was uncomfortable. She would put some product on one foot, and forget the other foot. She filed the toenails twice on one foot and only once on the other foot. She trimmed my toes so short I thought she was going to snip the skin under my nail. She was very aggressive with those pokey tools. I spent almost the whole time on the edge of my seat on the verge of yelling out in pain. The end result was good...my toes were a pretty pink...but it wasn't very relaxing. I'll go here again...but next time I'll ask for Kim I or Kim II. read more

I decided to visit this place on a whim (like most of my decisions) mostly because they were so close to my house and the roads were iffy. They had just opened so I got in right away. I sat down with Kim and we chatted about this and that the entire time. None of that awkward silence where you're both trying to not make eye contact. She was so sweet and very gentle with my nails. She paid extra attention to my cuticles which, in this winter weather combined with my almost religious hand washing for work, was much needed. I originally had wanted just a clear gel to keep my nails strong but she suggested a natural pink color instead. I just love it! And I won't get in trouble at work for having some bright color. Best pedicure I've found in town, very meticulous and thorough- it was almost an hour long! Started with a salt scrub, great job exfoliating my callouses, and awesome leg massage. Friendly service when we walked in and many colors. But our two nail techs did not speak English- so I used hand gestures to indicate nail needed filing, a nail needed trimming due to crack and that two nails still had residue of old polish - this was all right before she indicated I should wash my hands before she polished. They were obviously not experienced and it was a very poorly done manicure. Our nails were soaked for about a minute followed by cuticle cream - put on and Immediately wiped off right before sloppy trimming, lotion before washing hands - and very little lotion used as it was mostly a dry rubber glove, then the polish that took 3 coats because she couldn't get it smooth probably because there was no buffing of nails, only tips. My hands were so dry at the end of manicure. I would have liked to speak to a manger but I wasn't sure who to even ask - all techs were busy and I didn't want to embarrass the two we had. read more

I was a walk-in during their grand opening 4 1/2 years ago. I have been seeing Kim ever since. As a flight attendant I am on my feet all the time and never know when I will be by a pool. So I get pedicures regularly. This is the best ever, never rushed. I have gotten pedicures all over the US, and Kim has always been my favorite.
