In my opinion, this is the absolute BEST nail salon in Rochester for manis and pedis. Being a native to Rochester, I have tried many of the nail salons and have not found anything that comes near the quality of Miracle Nails. All of the women are very kind, have great attention to detail, and are meticulous. Their focus is the customer; the customer's comfort, and the quality of the service. They do accept walk-ins, but I generally call ahead of time. They have a small staff and they are locally owned. Depending on the time of day, they can be busy, and I have been there when folks have walked in and had to wait 10 minutes or so. That has never been an issue for me, but I could see where someone else could be a little impatient if they are expecting service right then. With a small staff, the women do a phenomenal job. I have been to other salons that rush through their clients very quickly to get on to the next one. I've never felt like they are trying to rush through me to get to the next customer. I usually go once every two weeks for a gel mani and once a month for a gel pedicure. The only reason I go so frequently is because my nails grow quickly, but the quality of the manicure and pedicure look the same after two weeks as they did on day one, besides new nail growth. I have had a manicure or pedicure by most of the women that work there, and the quality is very consistent between all of them. My schedule works out so that I am generally with Nancy, and she is great! She greets me by name when I come in, and I always feel like I'm going to see an old friend. You are looking for a high-quality manicure or pedicure at a very reasonable price, then definitely consider Miracle Nails. read more

This place is discriminatory against clients and has a terrible reputation for poor quality service, rude customer service, and distasteful experience. I recently called this salon to inquire about their services and make an appointment. The wife and husband both shut me down, targeted toxic defense mechanisms and gaslighted me that I was not trying to book a service - though they immediately hung up the phone right before I wanted to book an appointment. Do not waste your time inquiring to reach this salon, very unprofessional and over priced for bad service. I have never left a review at any place, though this experience needed to be shared. Super disappointed in the services my daughters received today. I made an appointment for two mani & pedi's. The pedicure's lasted no more than 20 minutes tops! The manicure's were even worse. Had to even re-do one of my daughters. There were bubbles in the gel, gel and polish all around the nail beds and this was after they re-did it once. The lady was super rude and non-attentive to the services. If you are over-booked, not my problem. I made an appointment for a reason and expect you to focus on doing a good job for the services I paid for. So disgusted at the final quality of the service. I think a child with no experience could have done better and I am not kidding. Absolutely would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time and money on them because they don't care about quality, only quantity. Nowadays when I spend close to $200 on salon services, I expect a certain level of satisfaction. Both my daughters left sad and disappointed because of this. It's not their fault, YOU rushed their services and because I am not a Mom who won't say anything to "not cause a scene" ruined their spa day. Shame on you! Do better or don't do it at all. Horrible pedicure! I could have done a better job myself! my nails are not evenly across the top and are all different lengths. The polish chipped one day after my pedicure. The leg massage lasted only one minute (for both legs). I will never go back there! Avoid this place at all costs!!! read more

I would not recommend this place. I asked for a standard pedi/mani. The associate assigned to me barely scrubbed my feet (I had called to confirm callus scrubbing). As my toes were drying, the person doing my nails started doing them at the side of the pedicure chair. I had to ask for my cuticles to be redone and my nail filing to be straightened (I had to file down my crooked nail at home). I preferred to sit in the chair with the light so that it would be easier and more accurate. I had to ask 3 times to move to the chair. There was another older white woman in there who had gotten the same thing as I did, and she had moved to the chair with another employee. Once the associate finally took me to the chair to finish my manicure, she used the used towel from the prior customer to wipe off somethings off my hands. Then she had me place my hands on the cold counter without any towel at all. She told me I had to pay before she painted my nails. I said I would pay afterwards, but then she asked me again 3 times forcefully. By this time, I was the only customer in there. After I refused to pay until I was done, the 3 employees in there started speaking another language and laughing, obviously about me. Then I was asked to sit under the fan for over 10 minutes. I looked around for the person doing my mani/pedi and she was no where. The other 2 employees just looked at me. I said I needed to pay and to leave. I got up and then the employee came out from the backroom and attempted to be friendly with me. Overall, I have been to multiple nail salons in Rochester, and this by far was the least clean and least friendly. Being a non-white person, I felt very hurt by this experience, as I wonder if my treatment was due to my ethnicity. I truly wanted to relax and this turned out to be awful and sad. read more

Called up at 5:15 in desperate need of an overgrown pedicure. Was cheerfully greeted in the phone and offered to take me right away (not all salons in the area seemed to want the walk in). Made it in at 5:45 after confirming it wouldn't be too late before closing at 6:30. Staff accommodated me at 5:45 without any rush, ensuring I had a great experience, and wasn't compromised of any services. This is my first time getting gel on my toes and it looks amazing. They did an amazing job and when I came in and said I only had an hour and 15 minutes during my work break they quickly went to work and helped me to feel beautiful again. The nice lady that did a really nice manicure to make my nails look fantastic is named Tina. I would recommend Tina or any of the ladies who work here. The salon was pretty full of women and I was the only male there. This was my first ever manicure and my hands, skin and nails feel so nice and they look spectacular. Went with my mom to get a spa mani/pedi for a girls' day, and it was excellent! The massage chairs were so comfortable, and these ladies have awesome hands. I've only gotten a few pedis in my life, and the woman who did mine (blanking on the name right now) did a very good job at being gentle with my feet. The foot and calf massage was AMAZING. They had an excellent selection of OPI colors and the polish looks great -- this was 2 weeks ago and my pedi is still completely in tact (no chipping at all)! I can't wait to visit Rochester again soon to get my nails done with my mom. The spa mani/pedi price was $42, if I remember correctly--pretty good price. read more

I got right in as a walk-in on Thursday 8/6 around 10:00 a.m. Here's what they need to work on. The nail tech was really chatty with the tech at the next station. I don't know what language but a person starts to wonder if they're talking about you. That felt unprofessional. The salon's color assortment was heavy on darks, not much for natural shades. The shade I chose makes my hands look like a cadaver's. Not the tech's fault of course, but I would have welcomed input on the choice. I spent $45 on a very basic mani-pedi. I wasn't offered a menu of services at the outset but I've come to enjoy hot towel wraps, foot scrubs, hot paraffin and the like. Finally, one of the first things a tech should do is show you where to put your stuff. There was a shelf behind my massage chair for my purse, but I had to squish my coffee and phone between my thigh and the chair for quite some time until she noticed my discomfort. The positives...the shop was clean, well-lit, comfy, the bathroom was clean too. read more
