I went to get a removal done and it took four of them and they were rolling their eyes telling me that I shouldn't have even come here and then they made me put both my hands and bowls of acetone and it was burning my skin so I took it out and then they asked me to leave because I wasn't soaking my entire hands in acetone! I have never had that bad of an experience in my life. I hundred percent do not ever recommend going to this place as they are so rude and make you leave in Tears. I called for a pedicure appointment on a Friday afternoon. When I arrived someone helped me right away. Everyone there was very nice and it was obvious the place was full of "regulars". They listen to you & always do what you like. They're also quick which is nice. My shape is always bomb & they're always super kind.

I love this place. I've gotten acrylics done here multiple times, and will never go anywhere else for them. They can get very busy, so I would recommend booking your appointment a week or two ahead of time. I've had almost every technician in the shop help out somehow with my nails, and they've all done a great job. There have been a few times where my appointment has been rushed through, but I understand the hustle, especially when there's people trying to book walk-ins left and right. I will continue to bring my business here, as all the techs are very friendly. read more

My technician was brutal and the conditions were arctic. Literally. I feel bad, hate to leave bad reviews...but it was an exercise in torture endurance. She cut and cut at my ingrown nails until I begged her to stop. Bleeding from TWO toes. The slapping of the calves. If that doesn't cut it, no TVs, no magazines, no heat. I feel bad for real because they seemed nice...but it was so awful. read more

Tom was AMAZING. we came in for the deluxe spa pedicure and could not have been more pleased. We were greeted at the door, they were more than willing to take us as walk-ins (it was our third salon that day). We were able to order drinks from next door. The massage chairs are heaven. The pedicure was one of if not the best I've ever had. Really focused on massaging and sculpting. Tom had a wonderful personality and kept us laughing while letting us relax. I can not recommend this place enough!! read more

It was bad. They had 3 people working and 5 women in the store getting mani pedi's and I had to get rushed through my acrylics so they turned out really bad. My nails are uneven lengths, angled in weird nonsensical ways. I will not be returning. The lady who did my nails cut my cuticals way too far back and caused me to bleed, to stop the bleeding she rubbed the acrylic gel combination over the wound the wiped it off. Thia happened to several of my nails. My sister was with me and she had an appointment with me but she didnt get her nails done even though there was another person at the store. I'm not going back to get the nails removed, and I'm not going back to get them done any other time. read more

I have been going here on and off for years. Tom is amazing. However, the service I received today was so horrible I will NEVER return. I took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday! Her first time and I wanted to go somewhere that I knew she was enjoy and I could trust. I sat down told the lady that I wanted white tips. She looked at my nails started telling me that she couldn't do white tips because my nail beds are uneven. I said, yes I've been doing this for YEARS and just put the tip back farther and it will solve the issue. She told that looks stupid. I explained again, that is how I wanted them done. She insulted me again. I got up and walked out. Thank you to the lady working and ruining my mother daughter day. read more

Super nice people, but very underwhelming pedicure. Spent more time on bells and whistles rather than focusing on getting the basics right. Also, never in my life have I had someone throw goop on your foot and leave it out of the water, literally leave you sit there for 10-15 mins wasting so much time. The technique was on point (although quite rough) but, SLOW is the key word here. If it had truly felt good, maybe I wouldn't have minded enduring over an hour of this. Then $45? The extremely high end of "normal range" in my book. I'm attaching a picture of both of my heels, still showing thick dead skin that my nail tech apparently thought was acceptable. (Pedicure only 24 hours prior) I stopped her at the hot stones because I had finally had enough. So, throwing some newfangled goop on my foot and letting it sit there along with them moving as slow as molasses rolling uphill in December didn't work for me. read more
