My pedicure was very relaxing and she did a wonderful job HOWEVER my stepdaughters nails were horrible. She started crying when we got to the car. I paid $80 and they looked like an 'at home' job and was not at all what she asked for. She showed a picture to the nail tech and was very disappointed with the final product. Her nails were all different lengths, not the shape or color she asked for and the top of her nails were not sanded properly so they were very thick and wavey. We went back in and asked for her to shape them a little better and smooth down the top and make them the same length. The nail tech said that because they put the top coat on she was unable to smooth them down or make them the same length. She offered to take the nails off and refund the money instead of fixing them. We got home and looked up their Facebook and realized that even the pictures they advertised are equality as bad. But Noone has put a negative review. I want it to be known that when getting your nails done, your cuticles should not bleed the top of the nail should be sanded to an even smooth finish and the nails should all be the same length and shape.
