I paid $80 and they looked like an 'at home' job and was not at all what she asked for. She showed a picture to the nail tech and was very disappointed with the final product. Her nails were all different lengths, not the shape or color she asked for and the top of her nails were not sanded properly so they were very thick and wavey. We went back in and asked for her to shape them a little better and smooth down the top and make them the same length. The nail tech said that because they put the top coat on she was unable to smooth them down or make them the same length. She offered to take the nails off and refund the money instead of fixing them. We got home and looked up their Facebook and realized that even the pictures they advertised are equality as bad. But Noone has put a negative review. I want it to be known that when getting your nails done, your cuticles should not bleed the top of the nail should be sanded to an even smooth finish and the nails should all be the same length and shape. All of the women are very kind, have great attention to detail, and are meticulous. Their focus is the customer; the customer's comfort, and the quality of the service. They do accept walk-ins, but I generally call ahead of time. They have a small staff and they are locally owned. Depending on the time of day, they can be busy, and I have been there when folks have walked in and had to wait 10 minutes or so. That has never been an issue for me, but I could see where someone else could be a little impatient if they are expecting service right then. With a small staff, the women do a phenomenal job. I have been to other salons that rush through their clients very quickly to get on to the next one. I've never felt like they are trying to rush through me to get to the next customer. I usually go once every two weeks for a gel mani and once a month for a gel pedicure. The only reason I go so frequently is because my nails grow quickly, but the quality of the manicure and pedicure look the same after two weeks as they did on day one, besides new nail growth. I have had a manicure or pedicure by most of the women that work there, and the quality is very consistent between all of them. My schedule works out so that I am generally with Nancy, and she is great! She greets me by name when I come in, and I always feel like I'm going to see an old friend. You are looking for a high-quality manicure or pedicure at a very reasonable price, then definitely consider Miracle Nails.
