I've been going to Infinity Nails for the past year, and it's hands down the only place in…read moreRochester I trust with my nails! Rainbow is my go-to--her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always makes my nails look flawless. She never makes me feel like I need to add on any services and always gives her honest opinion which I appreciate!!! I usually book an appointment before a trip for a little self-care, and it never disappoints. They make sure the salon is clean, creating a relaxing environment every time I visit. I recommend booking ahead since they can have busy hours, but I really appreciate that they take the time to provide quality service rather than rushing through appointments. Yesterday, Rainbow made sure I could get both my fill and pedicure done despite needing to stay a little past closing. It was such a thoughtful gesture--talk about going above and beyond for customer service! If you're looking for a place that truly cares about quality, Infinity is the one. Such a fun and professional team! Highly recommend!

My husband went in and verified pricing to make sure that we would have enough for everyone to do the normal services that they wanted. I went to the website to verify pricing everything look like it was on the up and up. I've been through enough nail salons to know sometimes they change the pricing so I figured I'd give him a call. Good thing I did because it's pricing is like $20-$40 more than one advertise on his website and what my husband was quoted. After expressing my concern about the prices online and the other issues, the owner offered to give me a refund if I came to the salon today. The moment I showed up, he called the police to try to get me trespassed. Bottom line never go to this salon! For the owner Karmas a bitch. And you'll get what's coming to him from Karma! Just thought I would saved the nice people of Rochester and the surrounding areas or any of the clinic visitors their money so that they don't go to this crappy salon!

If I wanted to pay with a card there was a 4 or 5 % additional charge- even for debit card. Retailers are not supposed to charge extra for debit. My pedicure was very relaxing and she did a wonderful job HOWEVER my stepdaughters nails were horrible. She started crying when we got to the car. I paid $80 and they looked like an 'at home' job and was not at all what she asked for. She showed a picture to the nail tech and was very disappointed with the final product. Her nails were all different lengths, not the shape or color she asked for and the top of her nails were not sanded properly so they were very thick and wavey. We went back in and asked for her to shape them a little better and smooth down the top and make them the same length. The nail tech said that because they put the top coat on she was unable to smooth them down or make them the same length. She offered to take the nails off and refund the money instead of fixing them. We got home and looked up their Facebook and realized that even the pictures they advertised are equality as bad. But Noone has put a negative review. I want it to be known that when getting your nails done, your cuticles should not bleed the top of the nail should be sanded to an even smooth finish and the nails should all be the same length and shape. The pictures are of my daughter's nails, the nails she wanted and another picture of an advertisement on their FB page

In my opinion, this is the absolute BEST nail salon in Rochester for manis and pedis. Being a…read morenative to Rochester, I have tried many of the nail salons and have not found anything that comes near the quality of Miracle Nails. All of the women are very kind, have great attention to detail, and are meticulous. Their focus is the customer; the customer's comfort, and the quality of the service. They do accept walk-ins, but I generally call ahead of time. They have a small staff and they are locally owned. Depending on the time of day, they can be busy, and I have been there when folks have walked in and had to wait 10 minutes or so. That has never been an issue for me, but I could see where someone else could be a little impatient if they are expecting service right then. With a small staff, the women do a phenomenal job. I have been to other salons that rush through their clients very quickly to get on to the next one. I've never felt like they are trying to rush through me to get to the next customer. I usually go once every two weeks for a gel mani and once a month for a gel pedicure. The only reason I go so frequently is because my nails grow quickly, but the quality of the manicure and pedicure look the same after two weeks as they did on day one, besides new nail growth. I have had a manicure or pedicure by most of the women that work there, and the quality is very consistent between all of them. My schedule works out so that I am generally with Nancy, and she is great! She greets me by name when I come in, and I always feel like I'm going to see an old friend. You are looking for a high-quality manicure or pedicure at a very reasonable price, then definitely consider Miracle Nails.
