This was the first time I had my haircut there. Didn't like having to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment and being taken right to the shampoo bowl with no consultation what so ever. When I was brought back to the chair my stylist wanted to start cutting my hair with no consultation about what I wanted. It ended up not being a bad haircut but just an okay haircut. I really don't know if I will be back.

It is a good size shop with plenty of chairs, clean environment and friendly service. We were all happy with our organic pedicures and regular manicures. When I went to pay the man was at the register and I expressed my dissatisfaction. We crabbed at me that I should have let him know! Well I never saw him after he was "done" so pretty hard to let him know. He was very unfriendly and I just needed to leave at that point. I mentioned that their pedicure was short and she said they do 16 min total for scrub/massage for each foot. How is it possible that I was in and out in 35 min total with needing old gel taken off and new gel polish put on. Disappointing when this is your source of self care. I saw their ad online and saw they were new so I wanted to try the out. Finding it is slightly hidden though it is next to a Kumon and pedatrics so parking isn't too bad. I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations.
