Finally I interrupt a stylist to tell her I am not waiting anymore and I do not want to be charged for a cut I did not get. She just looks at me. I walk out. Kristie, Liz and Sloane were wonderful to be around (so cheerful!) and Kelsey, the owner, runs a very professional shop. There is a contract, and for a small fee they will rent out their salon (so your bridal party can get ready privately) or go somewhere else (they came to our church to do hair and makeup on site). Not only were they early (!) for our day, they did everything efficiently without at all rushing their work. Sara is an incredibly positive and optimistic person - she did a great job of bringing a presence that was calm (but fun!) and was talking about how perfect the day would be. It was really great to have someone with a personality like hers to help me get ready for such a special occasion. She did my trial on the same day of our engagement pictures and she listened to my requests (I wanted to look like myself aka no heavy make-up) and knew the exact right products to use. I did the trial + day of package which included a product (I think just one but maybe it was 2 or 3? AH! I can't remember) but I still use those products 6 months later because I love them so much. She took notes and photos throughout the trail, which she came prepared with on my big days. On the day of my trial, she noticed that my eyes were watering (I have dry eyes). She suggested that we try putting some eye drops. To my surprise, my eyes stopped watering. Marwa remembered to bring the eye drops on both my wedding and reception day. The looks she created for me on the days of my wedding and reception were even more incredible than the trial. She is able to work with brides from different ethnicities, producing great results for all skin types and colours. She is very helpful as well. I lost the back of my one of my earrings just as I was about to leave for my reception. Marwa was very sweet to let me use the backs of one of her earrings.
