Since we were walk in got there around 2 pm on a Friday and then were told to come back around 4 pm which was fine, then we came back and waited until 5:20 pm to get seated and started, I was with a group of my self and my two sisters so it's fine that we were last. The actual process of doing the nails was great they listened to our preferences on length and shape of our nails. The quality of prepping the nails was excellent however they used the electric sander on the bare nails which kind stung and they did nick some of my cuticles with it causing some skin damage which I wasn't happy with but it heals back. They are very professional in the way that they do things- Stations are always clean, I am always offered a drink of water and a magazine while I wait for my color, and I never have color drip in my ears or eyes. I only wish I had found them sooner! The services here are comparable to other "nice" salons in Owatonna- you're not going to get a cheap wal-mart haircut here, but in return you get high quality service, beautiful hair, and product recommendations that match your needs.
