This was the first time I had my haircut there. Didn't like having to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment and being taken right to the shampoo bowl with no consultation what so ever. When I was brought back to the chair my stylist wanted to start cutting my hair with no consultation about what I wanted. It ended up not being a bad haircut but just an okay haircut. I even had a message back from my sent request from the salon for my name and number so I replied immediately. Sunday arrives and I show up at my appointment time to not be located in their bookings. I was asked to show that I made my appointment and I show my messages from Yelp. Right there, requesting appointment for 5-10 at 11am. Again, requesting Sunday, the 10th at eleven. Good news! My appointment was found...for 5-2. I didn't show. Ya think?! Now, being Mother's Day, they're all booked up and can't get me in. The suggestion? That I call and book an appointment next time! Like making an appointment and conversing with someone from the salon through Yelp is different?
