It is a good size shop with plenty of chairs, clean environment and friendly service. We were all happy with our organic pedicures and regular manicures. My mom also did gel on her toes and loved how they turned out. All the workers were very sweet, friendly and talkative with us, which we enjoyed. I mentioned that their pedicure was short and she said they do 16 min total for scrub/massage for each foot. How is it possible that I was in and out in 35 min total with needing old gel taken off and new gel polish put on. Disappointing when this is your source of self care. Unfortunately I do not recommend them.

I made an appointment for a Friday night at 6 for 3 ladies to get their nails done the day before…read moremy bachelorette party. When I made the appointment, I specifically told them what each one of us wanted done...2 manicures and 1 set of acrylic nails. When we arrived at 6, there was one lady working and two customers finishing up. We picked our colors and sat at the chairs to wait our turn. The worker sat down at 1 of the 4 stations and started on one of the manicures. The two of us still waiting looked around for another worker or two to come out from the back to do all our nails at the same time...like every other salon I've ever been to has done. Well that never happened. The same worker did all 3 of our nails over the course of 2 hours. While we waited for our nails to get done one-by-one we chatted and turned to watch HGTV. That is when we noticed a random guy in the salon. He cleaned up some stuff and then sat down awkwardly close to us and changed the channel to his show. He then spent the next hour and a half eavesdropping on our conversations and looking over his shoulder at our phones every time one of us got a text! Creepy much?! We were there until 8 (when they close) and my nails still weren't dry, but the man and woman were off in the back eating yogurt and ignoring us, so we felt it was time to go. We paid our bill and left. It was so irritating that they let me make an appointment knowing they didn't have the staff to fulfill our requests. I would have gladly went somewhere else had I known our nails would be done one at a time. Oh and the manicures?? Not a true manicure..just a nail paint!

Tried to book a pedicure. Called, no one answered, left messages, tried to book online at their website, didn't work. Despite their posted OPEN hours, they are seldom there. Once a girlfriend and I went into the open store, someone seemed to be going out the back...we waited ten minutes, she never came back in! Finally in desperation I leave a message on their Facebook page, someone private messages me back on Facebook from Blue Sage and offers to set up a massage appt at 1 pm on Wednesday.I request a hot stone massage, as listed online and in their brochure. She says the massage gal "doesn't have any stones". Um, ok. She says the massage therapist will call me next day to "firm up" the appt. She never does. Go there at 1 anyhow.I know these folks are no good at communication so figure maybe I still have the appt. despite no call back. Its open and a woman is cutting hair. She finishes up her appt. after telling me to have a chair and then leaves the room, leaving me alone in the lobby. Ten minutes later she reappears, says she can't find my appt. I go through the whole story. She says she doesn't know who private messaged me through Facebook through their page because all their workers have access to do so. Says the massage person is just a fill in and "she's hard to get cuz she has 4 kids". Um, ok. I tell her I will take out the hundred bucks in product of which they have precious little. For being one of the owners, she seems very un-informed on the products. Has no idea how much they cost and has to look everything up online. I leave with some volumizer, two bottles of uber spendy shampoo (one of which I realized was only 3/4 full when I got home) and some essential oil towelettes. Totally disorganized. No communication between staff, and worse yet, no communication with clients. How does this place stay open? Horrible horrible experience.
