Overall, my experience here was good. My technician was great. She seem to know what she is doing. I was happy with my toes. The only thing I didn't care for was that the whole time I was there I saw patrons paying the bill on their way out. I have brought friends here, brought my kid and her friends here, and spent lots of money here, but today I was treated like a nobody - like my business didn't matter - at all. I will never be back. This salon claims they do not keep a record of gift certificates they sell. If you lose a gift certificate for this salon, too bad. They state they have no record of who purchased it on what date or the amount it was purchased for and therefore will not allow the buyer to cancel it. A $50 gift certificate was purchased by me and was lost in the mail when I sent it to a friend who was recovering from surgery. My friend is extremely trustworthy and when she told me she never received it, I contacted Polished Salon and the woman I spoke told me they keep no records and could not do a thing about. No customer satisfaction, even though the recipient for the certificate has been a long-time customer of theirs. No caring attitude or willingness to help offered on their part. We will not be doing business with them ever again. They kept my $50 and did not do anything to rectify the situation whatsoever. read more

After rinsing my hands with water as directed from my tech, I tried to walk in between 2 chairs (one empty and one with a tech that didn't have a client). I jokingly told the tech, "ope, thought I could squeeze through." She looked at me and goes "I could squeeze, but not you." Definitely left me feeling not great about myself. This place is terrible. I went in with some friends and the man doing my pedicure gave me a quick message and then quickly did my nails. I had an appointment and I waited longer to sit down then then appointment lasted. I wanted a design but he didn't ask me if I wanted one. When I asked for one he said that it was too late as he had already put the top coat on. He then said he was too busy with another client to help me joe. I asked others to please do my nail and they ignored me. Finally the lady at the front desk helped me and told someone else to do it. Very frustrating and the design isn't even that nice. My other friend got a manicure and the technician made her bleed from pushing her cuticles too hard. Just had the worst experience. I had a lady do my toes and did a wonderful job exactly what i asked for. Then because she had another appointment she had to pass me on to Ty for my nails and I have never in the over 20 years I have had acrylic nails left a salon in tears. He wouldn't listen to me when I told him they didn't match my toes and said "he knows what he's doing". The gal that did my toes finished with her client and stopped by to see how he did and knew it was wrong and was talking to him in a language I didn't understand and they had a discussion and that was it. Now i left with the most gawdy looking nails and so embarrassed for my 2 events this weekend. I look like a 2 yr old did my nails! Never again! I have been to this salon numerous times with varying results. I feel as though I typically get stuck with nail technicians that have a lack of experience or are just plain bad at their job. I was in yesterday and the nail technician was extremely rude to me, got up to use her phone while working on my nails, and was rough and dismissive while talking to me and while working on my nails. I went in for a manicure & pedicure on Tuesday Arrived at 9:00am was sat down in pedi chair at 9:10 am. At 9:25 mani was done and started on pedicure it was completed at 9:45. She cut my nails I told her not to, the polish was peeling off within 6 hrs of my fingers. It cost me $54 plus $6 tip and didn't get a thank you she got up said your done and walked away. I went to polished as part of a bridal party. I showed up with a style in mind that I wanted. I wanted to do glitter on my ring finger and then an ombre look with the glitter on the other nails with base color of pink. I even went as far as to show my nail stylist a picture of what I wanted done. On the nail that I asked to have one nail with glitter, only one coat was applied and you can still see my nail. I didn't say anything since I figured he'd go back since he kept adding coats of pink. On one hand, he forgot to paint two nails while doing the first coat and the paint job was sloppy. Not only do I still have nail polish on most of the tips of my fingers, but nail polish that went beyond my cuticles onto my skin. I even have nail polish under my nails, making my skin stick to the bottoms of my nails. At the end of my manicure, he looked at my my nails and said "they don't look too good". I wasn't sure if he was referring to a couple nails that he some what fixed or if he was referring to all of them. When it came time to my pedicure, he was so aggressive with the cuticle tool that he made a couple toes bleed and my nails appear to have large bubbles in some toes and some spots where nail polish is exposing some of my toe nail. I honestly left the salon feeling upset that I paid for my nails to be done since they don't look like I got them done professionally. As a future bride, I was considering using this salon for my upcoming wedding day. I had the worst experience ever here. Usually it's good service but it was horrible. I got a pedicure and was in the chair maybe 15 minutes. The water was cold and I didn't even get to soak my feet. The best part was that they didn't even scrub my feet. When I called to get a refund or a new pedicure they made me come in and the owner wanted to look at my feet. When I showed him my feet he said all the dead skin on my feet was because "they were try and they can't scrub it off" when they always scrub all the dead skin off and usually leave the skin soft. He refused to give me a refund or a new pedicure. They all ganged up on me and tried to tell me nothing was wrong and that I was the problem. The owner was extremely angry and was not sincere about my situation and ended up literally throwing a $20 at me. My total was $78 so that wasn't even half of the price I paid. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone ever again. read more

I will not be coming back to this salon. When I came for my pedicure I waited for 30 minutes and I had an appointment. During the pedicure the gentleman was very very rough (but somehow managed to have the back of my heels looking the exact same as when I came in) and didn't speak to me once. Just took the polish color right out of my hand. The massage (a BIG reason I just don't paint my toes myself at home last 1 minute per foot, I counted because I was already upset) I had made an appointment for a manicure too. I sat in the pedicure chair for 10 minutes while the man spoke with his friends at the desk. Finally I just got out of the chair and went to the desk and told them I didn't want the manicure. They must be use to that happening because they didn't even ask why. I have been to nail salons all over the country and NEVER have I been to a more rude/ trashy salon! When I went for my nail appointment, the female told me to, "pick a color." She didn't tell me about swatches that were available hidden on a side table behind the counter. So I thought I had to pick out the actual nail polish color by the displayed bottles. As I was going from shelf to shelf in the salon looking for the color that I wanted, she comes to me and chatted about the color, then all of a sudden she yelled, "there's nothing for you to see here," in front of the other customers! That obviously caused a scene! So I told her that she should've told me where to look then. She made the situation tense and ghetto, instead of pleasant and happy as it should be when at a salon. I went in to polished for a pedicure and placed the nail polish i chose on the table next to the chair in which you sit. The nail tech reached over by the table to pull down the arm rest and when she did the bottle of nail polished was dropped on the ground shattered and my UGG winter boots got covered by the nail polish. She quickly went ot clean the floor and the chair and then to clean her nails from the nail polished and continued to do my nails. I then asked her what will happen to my boots and she said it wasnt her fault so nothing i can buy new ones. She then called Her manager which rudely came over and said she will call the Owner tomorrow because he isnt working today so she cant call him today and got my number and Information to call me tomorrow to resolve the problem. They then talked rudely about me and my friend that were there and Made us pay at the end of the services saying if i dont they would call the police. They did not refund me for the services or take ownership of the mistake and instead said i have to come back tomorrow to talk to the owner that it was not their fault. My over $200 dollar boots are ruined and they didnt do anything about it other than it was an accident and i have to pay for my nails that actually were ruined and didnt get done right. read more

A beautiful and clean salon with a professional team! I had a pedicure and my bestie got a shellac pedi and mani the day before her wedding. There was a brief wait before the bride's mani, but they let us wait in the pedi massage chairs, what a treat! There was a huge selection of colors for both regular and shellac polish and all of the prices seemed on par with nearby salons.
