Being a…read morenative to Rochester, I have tried many of the nail salons and have not found anything that comes near the quality of Miracle Nails. All of the women are very kind, have great attention to detail, and are meticulous. Their focus is the customer; the customer's comfort, and the quality of the service. They do accept walk-ins, but I generally call ahead of time. They have a small staff and they are locally owned. Depending on the time of day, they can be busy, and I have been there when folks have walked in and had to wait 10 minutes or so. That has never been an issue for me, but I could see where someone else could be a little impatient if they are expecting service right then. With a small staff, the women do a phenomenal job. I have been to other salons that rush through their clients very quickly to get on to the next one. I've never felt like they are trying to rush through me to get to the next customer. I usually go once every two weeks for a gel mani and once a month for a gel pedicure. The only reason I go so frequently is because my nails grow quickly, but the quality of the manicure and pedicure look the same after two weeks as they did on day one, besides new nail growth. I have had a manicure or pedicure by most of the women that work there, and the quality is very consistent between all of them. My schedule works out so that I am generally with Nancy, and she is great! She greets me by name when I come in, and I always feel like I'm going to see an old friend. You are looking for a high-quality manicure or pedicure at a very reasonable price, then definitely consider Miracle Nails.

The wife and husband both shut me down, targeted toxic defense mechanisms and gaslighted me that I was not trying to book a service - though they immediately hung up the phone right before I wanted to book an appointment. My friends and I made a reservation and we were seen immediately. All the technicians were so kind and friendly. I panicked for a moment when I realized the tech was going to paint my toes and she hadn't done the massage yet, and she explained to me that the gel needs to be done first or the oils from the massage would prevent the gel from processing appropriately. She ended up doing a great job and the upgrade on the massage was totally worth it. The salon is clean and updated, and they had a great selection of polishes. A great experience!
