When I showed up, I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time and got someone else. I would have been OK with this but the pedicure was terrible. My nails weren't filed. One coat of nail polish was applied and it's bumpy in spots, doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the nail. She got some polish on the surrounding skin and didn't clean it up. It looks like I had a child paint my nails at home.

The instant my friend's tech sat down, she was rude and tried to upsell her to the more expensive gel nail set. My friend has sensitive feet and thin nails. So she politely kept turning down the upsell. At which point the tech got very rude and disengaged. Kept making unnecessary comments, and did a very shoddy job. By the way the basic package is 45 dollars. It was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend going to this salon to anyone, especially people I know and like.
