When I showed up, I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time and got someone else. I would have been OK with this but the pedicure was terrible. My nails weren't filed. One coat of nail polish was applied and it's bumpy in spots, doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the nail. She got some polish on the surrounding skin and didn't clean it up.
