I spoke with a staff member about wanting mustache, chin, and neck hair removal like I have done in the past when I lived in California. They asked me questions which included if I had laser hair removal before and I said YES. They did not once ask me how long ago I had my last laser removal in California. I was given an appointment Trent time with their new knowledge that I have had laser before on those same areas. I was to go in for their consultation and get a free laser hair removal. They said my consultation was at 4pm and my FREE laser hair removal at 5pm. I went in April 1, 2024 at 3:50 for my 4pm appt and sat through hell. They made me watch a huge screen with a slide show and videos about laser hair removal like if I was being sold a timeshare! That's great for a new patient but I have had laser hair removal and know how it works. So for an hour I sat through it smiling and looking forward to my hair removal session. The lady selling me the monthly payment program was nice and she also asked if I had laser before and I said YES so w en in the long video she fast forwarded the video and said; "you know how it's done since you have had it before." Not once did she ask when my last session was when I did it in California when I resided there. So after I declined their laser hair removal time share plan and monthly payment options I asked if I could just pay for one time laser when I feel like it on my mustache since I don't have much hair and she said; no. They don't have just one session or three session packages. This is a monthly commitment. So then the timeshare lady proceeds to wrap it up and I ask about my free laser hair removal and she said; WE DON'T DO FREE LASER HAIR REMOVAL ON PREVIOUSLY TREATED SKIN. I was upset and walked out and told them they were scammers and wasted MY PRECIOUS TIME OFF! I drive far for that as well. I walked out disappointed at their lack of professionalism. I could write a list of things they could do to improve their customer service and not waste people's time! Dissatisfied! They scammed my time with false advertisement and appointment scheduled to come in for their hour long presentation!

The receptionist was very rude- she was short in her responses and was rushing me through the payment process. I haven't been to a European wax center for 10+ years so I asked if I could get the free wax, which she simply said "no". It seemed grimy and dirty in the front desk check in area with excess boxes around and dirty plexiglass at the desk. Then, my waxer did not even talk or spark conversation with me. (I know that an important part of a wax is the distraction...) I was the one asking the questions and keeping the conversation rolling. She didn't explain to me what she was going to do. It was hard to relax in her presence. In terms of the waxing- she would put on pretty large pieces/areas of wax. In my experience, I have had people use smaller strips so that it was more precise and not as painful. It also seemed like she lost her grip on the wax sometimes so she took smaller pieces of the larger piece of wax. I asked how much the inner thy add on would be and she said "$12", so I said that I would like to add it. (It was actually $20). At the end, I looked down and she missed some spots. I asked her to wax another strip where there was a HUGE line of hair (I have no idea how she missed it). There were some sparse hairs that she missed too and she told me to "tweeze them because it turns out I have very sensitive skin". I knew that I had sensitive skin.... I will not be returning due to their lack of professionalism and experience.

Jasmine is the person I see for my services and is efficient, meticulous, professional and a delight to be around. Another thing I appreciate about this place is they are very respectful of their clients time. I'm a busy working professional and don't have the schedule that would allow me to sit and wait in a waiting room for an extended period. The client as well as the business are held accountable and have a set schedule to keep. I know I will be able to make my next obligation with no concerns because of waiting. The prices here are also unbeatable. The packages have saved me a ton of money.
