I had a truly disappointing experience at Lotus Spa, and it centers on the actions of Dr. Michelle Facer, the medical director and owner. I made a simple mistake on their new online scheduling system and reached out to correct it. Rather than receiving any understanding, I was met with a rigid "policy," no exceptions. Even worse, Dr. Facer refused to address the situation personally. She left her staff to deliver her decision instead of taking responsibility for the response herself. And that response? I would still be charged for the appointment I accidentally booked -- but I was "welcome" to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay for that one too. That is not customer service. That is not leadership. That is a business owner choosing to hide behind policy rather than help a customer who tried to fix an honest mistake immediately. I was literally preparing to book additional services when this happened. Their unwillingness to show even minimal flexibility made my decision easy: I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage in early May. the earliest they could get me in was end of June. I received a phone call a week before my appointment saying the therapist had an emergency and they needed to reschedule me. The earliest they could get me in for a 90 minute massage was at the END OF AUGUST! I then asked to speak with a manager and was told they weren't available. I requested to have the manager call me. No returned call. I called back a week later asking to speak with the manager. The owner called and shared that the therapist they assigned me with wasn't able to start yet due to a non-compete. Why would you put a therapist on your available list and schedule appointments when they can't even work?! I will not be going back. read more

All the services have been phenomenal, professional, and better than any place I have ever been before. Prices are equal to most other places, but the quality go what is offered for the price here is so much higher! You definitely get way more for your money with the steam room, snacks, and beverages. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Now that you've been warned, let me tell you about my scaring experience with Lotus Spa. I went in for my yearly bikini wax to get ready for spring break and while my experience at the facility was fine, what came after was not! Only a couple hours after leaving the spa, I developed RINGWORM on my upper thigh ( the exact place where they had laid the towel during my wax). I contacted them imidiately and gave them a chance to make it right, but they just denied that it was them. My doctor informed me that one of the most common ways for ringworm to get transferred is through towels. read more

Hi, I went and got my lash extensions done for the first time here and they didn't do such a great job. She started off with my right lashes and it turned out good, but seems like she got lazy or tired so my left lashes didn't turn out so great. The lashes were put on crooked. I wouldn't recommend going here for lash extensions. The pricing is not worth the poorly experience. read more
