I went to the building and I was greeted right away by staff. I got the 45 min body massage. I was surprised how they didn't ask what areas I wanted them to focus on. Sometimes when they work on my back, it hurts and I don't really want that to be the focus area. The time did go by fast and I did enjoy the experience but I wouldn't call that a full body massage since my upper and lower extremities were barely touched. Cons: staff did not smile nor greet me when I arrived which gave me the feeling that I was a bother even though I had an appointment, they gave me a form to fill out what areas I would like included and excluded in my massage and my massage therapist massaged all of the parts that I requested to have excluded and did not do any of the parts that I requested to have included, I paid for a 60 minute massage and I only received a 50 minute massage. Even worse, Dr. Facer refused to address the situation personally. She left her staff to deliver her decision instead of taking responsibility for the response herself. And that response? I would still be charged for the appointment I accidentally booked -- but I was "welcome" to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay for that one too.
