I went to the building and I was greeted right away by staff. I got the 45 min body massage. I was surprised how they didn't ask what areas I wanted them to focus on. Sometimes when they work on my back, it hurts and I don't really want that to be the focus area. The time did go by fast and I did enjoy the experience but I wouldn't call that a full body massage since my upper and lower extremities were barely touched. Cons: staff did not smile nor greet me when I arrived which gave me the feeling that I was a bother even though I had an appointment, they gave me a form to fill out what areas I would like included and excluded in my massage and my massage therapist massaged all of the parts that I requested to have excluded and did not do any of the parts that I requested to have included, I paid for a 60 minute massage and I only received a 50 minute massage.
