I went to the building and I was greeted right away by staff. I got the 45 min body massage. I was surprised how they didn't ask what areas I wanted them to focus on. Sometimes when they work on my back, it hurts and I don't really want that to be the focus area. I would still be charged for the appointment I accidentally booked -- but I was "welcome" to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay for that one too. That is not customer service. That is not leadership. That is a business owner choosing to hide behind policy rather than help a customer who tried to fix an honest mistake immediately.
