I went to the building and I was greeted right away by staff. I got the 45 min body massage. I was surprised how they didn't ask what areas I wanted them to focus on. Sometimes when they work on my back, it hurts and I don't really want that to be the focus area. The time did go by fast and I did enjoy the experience but I wouldn't call that a full body massage since my upper and lower extremities were barely touched. Prices were good which was also the main reason I chose this place.

I made a simple mistake on their new online scheduling system and reached out to correct it. Rather than receiving any understanding, I was met with a rigid "policy," no exceptions. Even worse, Dr. Facer refused to address the situation personally. She left her staff to deliver her decision instead of taking responsibility for the response herself. And that response? I would still be charged for the appointment I accidentally booked -- but I was "welcome" to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay for that one too. That is not customer service. That is not leadership. That is a business owner choosing to hide behind policy rather than help a customer who tried to fix an honest mistake immediately. I was literally preparing to book additional services when this happened. Their unwillingness to show even minimal flexibility made my decision easy: I'll take my business elsewhere.

They were greeted like an old friend, and treated more like one of the boys! For one of my bonus sons, getting a cut at a place that feels like home is a big deal! He is autistic and has many fears! They how ever were not there and didn't service the whole time we were there! He went in looking like George Jefferson and came out looking all Rico Suave gq smooth! He held his head extra high the whole day after we left! I'd like to thank Nate for that! Now onto my white son who insists on fades that not a lot of shops do around this area! But chips, yeah they do that! They do all that and some! They even have other services other than just hair needs! Beyond the shop, Which is conveniently located at the rear of the barber shop, is a teeth whitening service! That's really kind of cool if u ask me! While there I asked about services for females! Being that I'm a black woman, with adventurous hair needs and wants I had to see what they had! And of course once again I was not disappointed!
