I have been going here since they started there business and I have noticed there customer service and the quality of the service's in general has severely declined in the past few years and to the point where I actually stopped going and started giving my business elsewhere. Not to mention I had two derma-plating facials where the aesthetician tweezed my eyebrows without my consent and I didn't say anything until the second time because she took nearly half my eyebrows off and I had to get them tattooed on because of it. It was very expensive and could have easily been avoided if they were more selective on some of there hires. Also My poor customer service experiences was not an isolated incident but quite a few visits over a period of time and with multiple staff, including the owner's husband Adam, a receptionist and two aestheticians. I also think they should have a female doing there consultation's because a lot of us have trouble feeling comfortable confiding in a male and I've heard that complaint from quite a few people. I also am not a fan of the new location and it's a major downgrade being that it's near downtown and the parking is awful. Also there new Botox and filler service is insanely overpriced and for someone very new at that service. Word definitely goes around and at nu you weight loss center it is so much more affordable and Mindy has been doing injections for decades. I really don't mean to be harsh but they are very much needing to make improvements because they are losing long time customers like myself. read more

I went to Brilliant Bodyworks for my stomach fat that I wanted to reduce. I exercise daily and eat healthy. Yet I had a stubborn .5" or so that I wanted to reduce on my stomach area. My BMI is at 24 and I wear 6/8. So I am not overweight. I enjoyed the consultation and felt comfortable so was convinced to try it. Due to the fact I wasn't overweight, I felt it should work. It was pricy, especially since I am single, so it was a leap of faith since I had tried so many other things. Sadly I didn't have ANY results after 3 treatments. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend the Body sculpting treatment. They never measured the area being treated. I almost feel it has gotten worse. Staff are professional, but when I said I had no results, they just stated, "I'm sorry." The new building is nice however as far as comfort, it is very awkward. You have to try to balance carefully to put your shoes on or off, no seating available. While you wait there is only one 1/2 circle couch so it is a bit awkward if several are sitting there, so found myself just standing, pretending to shop since there was no seating available. read more

I visit the La Crosse / Onalaska area every so often, usually to see friends, and when I do I always make sure to include this place as part of my little vacation. Great rates and a fantastic staff, if you live in the area or are just visiting you owe it to yourself to see them. read more

Seriously the best self care place in town. The kindest staff. No matter who you get for a massage you know it'll be amazing and helpful! The owners are a husband and wife team who you always feel comfortable with and who you know employ some of the best people in our community. I always feel so welcome and comfortable whenever I come in! Sophie is seriously the best for facials and such a sweetheart! Brilliant bodywork was rated as the best spa in La Crosse county 2014 so I decided to try it out for a prenatal massage. My massage was first thing in the morning with Kelsey. I had a blissful hour long massage and felt wonderful afterward. The lighting and atmosphere were perfect, Kelsey was great, and all the facility staff were kind. The spa itself was clean and smelled wonderful! Their prices were very reasonable compared to other places I checked out for prenatal massage. I would go back again! read more

I had a massage from Stacy, booking same day, last minute when I got a painful stitch under my left shoulderblade. Many masseuses think that because I have a small frame, I don't want as much pressure, but I do, and let me tell you, Stacy BROUGHT IT. In a good way. She is one strong lady, and my whole body thrummed afterward--also in a good way. I actually fell asleep during the second, face-front-up half of my massage! I've never done that before. I highly recommend Stacy and this place, which was clean, soothing and professional. read more

Mr O and I can here after a camping trip, we had great hand and foot massages. They let us book last minute too :) while Mr O got his massage I was able to wait in the Zen Room. They have beverages, snacks and soothing music playing. This is a cute salon with friendly staff. I will be back again on my next trip out here. They would have gotten 5 stars but neither of us received the peppermint foot soak with the massages that were advertised on the site. (I forgot to ask about it till we had already left) read more

The workers are very kind individuals, but they conned me into started an acne program that just did not work. The program seemed intriguing when they stated they would be able to remove my acne within 3 months and showed me before and after photos indicating that they have done this before. However, they switched me to different workers multiple times who were not updating me on on how to continue working on my skin. Along with the workers lacking knowledge about my previous appointments. My acne was THE WORST it had ever been while doing this treatment. They kept telling me, "Just wait it'll improve" or "Oh it will improve more so by 6 months," but it never did. And 9 months later I had disgusting pimples I have never had before and no money since the treatment is ridiculously expensive. Also, I have scars on my face from the equipment they used. I was really excited to use face reality products, but it was not worth it one bit. I do not recommend doing this acne treatment. read more

She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I also really appreciated that she took time with me- I never felt rushed at all. I'm thrilled I found her! First, I would just like to say that I have always appreciated the service here and friendliness of the staff. During my last visit, I was bothered by a couple of things that occurred. These were not major and my reservations may just be a result of my own personal preference, but they bothered me nonetheless. Now, I like a little conversation, but I also have the expectation of a spa experience (relaxing and serene), so the esthetician who performed my service was a bit too chatty for my liking. So much so that I questioned the attentiveness and quality of the service. Also, the hot towel used during my service was barely warm as though the heating unit had not been turned on early enough. I have had hot towels in the past so it may have been broken, I'm not sure. Lastly, it was mentioned that the essential oil diffuser was not filled due to "laziness", which I found slightly unprofessional. Since I am paying for the services provided I just think the atmosphere should also be included. Please know that I am trying my best not to be rude and will continue to frequent this business. However I do think these minor issues can be easily improved and needed to be mentioned. Thank you. read more
