Tuesday at 5pm and they have 1 (!) person working. I'm 3rd in line, it's been 10 minutes, line hasn't moved. If you are willing to wait an hour + for service, this spot is great for you. You'll love. If you don't have an hour to wait, call ahead to make sure there isn't a wait.

I highly recommend Dean's compared to calling the 800#. The customer service, cleanliness of the showroom and follow up after the service were all great! Another great thing is that they carry Dish Network and DirecTV so I can easily switch back and forth to save money. I also got internet through Dean's. I love my TV and internet service!
