I had initially contacted Frontier, and tolerated three different attempts by a most unpleasant, unhelpful and uninformed technician to install my service (and waited a total of 10-12 hours for them to show), that I finally just cancelled the order. I had to allow myself a good one week cooling off period before I decided to place an online order with Spectrum/Charter. Bottom line is they followed up by phone, arranged an installation within a week, provided a convenient 3-hour window and arrived on time. Installation was seamless and easy. Service was up immediately. The tech was very professional and friendly, and the cost of the same service/products I'd ordered originally from Frontier were 25% cheaper with Charter. Hope this karma continues as I use the service...

The only reason I returned to the Onalaska store for my next phone was because I needed a replacement phone for a trip out of town and Onalaska was the only local store that had the phone I wanted in stock. Once again, the associate would not take the time to answer my questions about the functionality and features of the phone. Onalaska does not transfer your data and apps from your previous phone to your new phone without a fee, whereas other locations transfer your data for free. If you want to purchase a Verizon phone, buy it from the Holmen or La Crosse locations. The Reps at these stores are more cordial, knowledgeable and provide a far superior customer experience.
