Their associates are dismissive and unprofessional. They do not take the time to assist customers. I bought a phone at this location a couple of years ago and the Rep was rude and would not take the time to show me the phone's features. The only reason I returned to the Onalaska store for my next phone was because I needed a replacement phone for a trip out of town and Onalaska was the only local store that had the phone I wanted in stock. Once again, the associate would not take the time to answer my questions about the functionality and features of the phone. Onalaska does not transfer your data and apps from your previous phone to your new phone without a fee, whereas other locations transfer your data for free. If you want to purchase a Verizon phone, buy it from the Holmen or La Crosse locations. The Reps at these stores are more cordial, knowledgeable and provide a far superior customer experience.
