I highly recommend Dean's compared to calling the 800#. The customer service, cleanliness of the showroom and follow up after the service were all great! Another great thing is that they carry Dish Network and DirecTV so I can easily switch back and forth to save money. I also got internet through Dean's. I love my TV and internet service!

After scheduling the appointment for a service tech to come out the process was tremendous. From keeping us informed to letting us know what would be happening the process was very smooth. Ryan the tech arrived on time and in a matter of minutes had diagnosed the problem and began to fix our internet. Can't say enough good things about Ryan from his knowledge and courteous approach on the whole situation! He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. Disappointing service plans, costs and fees. I had to drive…read morea half hour to get to the nearest AT&T store to update my plan. After 2.5 hours I was able to walk out of that store only to have to come back the next day and electronically sign the contract. Almost on a daily basis AT&T sends me a billing e-mail and each one differs in monthly fees. I just spent another 34 minutes of my $ phone time trying to straighten out my plan. Come Monday I will see what T-Mobile, Consumer Network and others have to offer. Note: The majority of reps I talked to were very helpful so it's not them I have a problem with. I DO NOT recommend AT&T.
