He has left the state and I do have a judgement against him along with half a dozen others. I finally found an Amish in February that would roof the house. For another $9300.00. Have several leaks again with the new roof and the Amish won't come back out to fix the problems even though he said he guarantees his work. Very frustrating. What's your word and hand shake worth these days? Evidently not too much as long as they have your money.

If he can't find them how was I supposed to find them. He said he would come back and finish once I got the supplies. Well needless to say, he hasn't been back and I hired someone else to finish the job without me having to find supplies. Other contractors that were on the site, as it was a new construction, also stated he was not a nice person to work with. Very bad attitude!!! I definitely would look elsewhere.

After we won we said were giving him x number of days to pay before we go get a lawyer to try to collect our money back and he email us back saying he didn't know what we were talking about. They had no problem with that. With a break in the weather, they started repairs. The roof was replaced. They also contracted for the steel siding replacement and lined up someone to replace the garage door. A skylight and gutter downspouts were also replaced.
