I contacted Coulee Region Ecoscapes (CRE) and they sent out a landscaping architect to assess my situation. A couple of weeks later I was presented with a full-color mitigation plan to repair the erosion damage and install landscaping features and native deep-rooting plants to slow the water drainage and retain the soil. We are selling our home and CRE was able to get us on their busy schedule in time to meet our closing and I could not be happier with the results of their work (kinda made us sad we were selling the house now with the beautiful landscaping job they did). I would recommend Coulee Region Ecoscapes to my friends and family in a heartbeat. When we purchased our plants we were told if you purchase root stimulator and compost we will refund you if you plants die. Of course when we checked out and bought these two items no one specified what plants were NOT included in this warranty. Well wouldn't you know it the one type of bush we purchased was not part of the warranty!!! Refused to refund me or evevn give me a store credit. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!!
