Plants are very healthy, lush, the grounds and surrounding area are inviting and attractive. We were offered a glass of wine and they even had ice pops for children. There's a gift shop, area for sitting and just enjoying being there. Very pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful. We weren't planning on buying a tree so we didn't have a truck, but they wrapped it in plastic wrap and were able to put it in our car and we had no trouble transporting it. Thirdly, lawnmowers run over lawn at hyperspeed tearing up areas around trees Fourth, Has them repair area where grass died: they promised to fo this at the beginning of growing season but ended up planting during warmest time of summer. Grass grew 90% crab grass. Also, allowed grass seed to blow into flower beds so we had grass growing with our flowers.
