I would not hire this man. Zero stars. I hired him to put together a swing set for my special needs…read morechild. He was sent the instructions prior to accepting the job. He worked at trying to put the swing set up and ended the day by telling me that I was sent the incorrect brackets. He was also given $80 cash on that day. A whole new swing set arrived, I let him know it was here. A week later he showed up and still said there was something wrong but left without telling me what it was. After great frustration of trying myself to set it up. I called the company (phone number was in the instructions) and we found that he had put two of the brackets in the wrong place. That was the problem the entire time. I never needed the 2nd swing set. I sent him pictures of the brackets that were set up incorrectly. A week passed and I never heard from him. I began calling him every three days begging him to come back and finish the job. The last day we communicated. He texted me saying that "he was a busy guy, I had bought a POS, he had earned his $80" and "if I could not wait for him to hire someone else". My daughter's Karate instructor and I fixed his error and the rest went together fine. Very sad to not do your best for a kid. Especially when it was his error from the start. Sad.
