Technician Chuck showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call. He was very personable and professional. After brief introductions, he got right to work. In about 2 1/2 hours he replaced both openers, lubricated the doors, programmed the remotes, cleaned up the work area, provided some excellent training, and hauled the 'different brand' openers away.
