Worst contractor experience ever. It all started when I got a phone call from my rental house. They…read moredescribed the problem and I told them to call the plumbers, and that I'd be right up. An hour later I arrived at the house and but the damage was already done. The pump in the basement was running, indicating a possible problem with the well. This is all Woxlands should have done. They should not have taken another step. Rather than quit while they were ahead, they decided to pull the well. They pulled the well but before putting things back the way they should be, they screwed a pipe plug on top of the well and they literally DROPPED it! There was virtually no way to remove the old well because of this. The next four days I watched these four guys standing in my yard, looking down a hole in my lawn with dumb looks on their faces. Before they left, Brad Woxland came to my house and told me: "My bad. We screwed up. We won't charge you for this since it was our mistake". I asked him how I was supposed to get water into the house.I said: "It's July. My renters work on a farm. They have babies in the house. They NEED water. They NEED showers. I have to fix this!" Brad Woxland responded with: "I dunno, call a well person. We're plumbers. We're not qualified nor certified to work on wells." The repair for this was over $9,000. Three months later, I was sent a bill by Woxlands for $3,000. This was the first of many. When I asked his why he sent me this bill when he promised that he wouldn't he replied: "I had four guys, in four trucks looking down that hole in your yard for four days.... that's an awfully big bill for me to have to eat." I resolved that issue by sending him a nasty letter from my lawyer. I should have sued him. I still might. Watch out for these guys. Don't let him touch your well. Document everything they do. Better yet, hire professionals with good reviews.

He was quick to arrive, cordial and seemingly attentive to the conversation. The issues came when he sent one of his employees to do what we discussed. Instead of completing the additions needed and *getting the water softener back online for use*, Blake's employee only completed the additions. The piping to the softener is now cut and we can't even use the softener. We started with a leaking softener, but now after Mike Sherman's "repairs" we can't use it at all. Blake was given a chance to fix the mistake before I resorted to this review. I've saved all our text convo. He stated that, "we did what was discussed." You be the judge.
