I emailed them with video camera footage unfortunately the two man here where here for less time then they tried to charge us. They corrected the bill down to an hour of work (supposedly the minimum that is required after submitting video footage. After falsifying the amount of time it took, adding a trip fee for $25.00, and parts I would highly recommend using another company. The guys that came out were very friendly, they got the job done, but I would highly recommend watching what they charge. unfortunately, it makes me wonder how many others have been scammed and over charged

So do you have proof of this because I was never shown a video of it plugged up. So tell me why he cut through my old system when the deal was to hook them both together, he never once said anything to me about it until the job was complete and by then it was to late.
