Not only are their frames reasonably priced, they have great customer service. I was excited to get a pair of sunglasses, but because I wear a high prescription, my polycarbonate lenses came in thicker and heavier than I expected (I thought they would be the same weight/thickness as my regular glasses but apparently not!) - I had chosen a large frame as that is the style in sunglasses I like, but it wasn't explained to me that the larger the frame, the larger (and WAY thicker) the lenses...so they let me restyle to a smaller frame and upgrade to a better, lighter-weight lens (HD's) at no extra charge. - I just had to pay the difference between the original polycarbonate lenses and the HD's. When those new glasses came in (HD's have to be specially ordered) they were visibly pinching my nose and were horribly uncomfortable, so the employees again suggested I restyle and pick a completely different frame. This time I spoke to someone who explained how sizing works with lenses, width, etc. Third time was a charm and again, a restyle at no charge. I was soon out the door as once they have the lenses in and they say "about an hour", it truly is about an hour so that is really nice! The manager Randy is very nice and always professional, as is Mara (who unfortunately is no longer with the company) and though I had to talk to quite a few other employees (some who know more than others) they did their best to help me throughout this entire crazy long process. The employees are all very friendly, and very approachable. When you have an odd prescription, shopping for glasses can be a negative, tedious, frustrating experience, but the employees made me feel welcome and like they genuinely wanted to help. - It took a few tries, but we got there eventually thanks to their patience and kindness! I recommend Eyemart Express to everyone I know! ************************************* As an update to this original post, STAY AWAY from the HD lenses, the "better lens" mentioned above. They are a complete rip-off. Perhaps my experience is different since I have a high prescription, but I get much better vision from my polycarbonate lenses.- I do not get the precise correction with the HD's for distance vision. Also, with the HD's unless you are looking exactly straight (and again, the distance isn't as good), everything else is also super blurry. Looking out the side of your eye = blurry. Looking down = blurry. Looking up = blurry. HORRIBLE. I now have a really expensive pair of sunglasses that I can't wear because I can't see out of them and therefore can't drive in them. I've tried to use them just for everyday outdoor use when I'm not driving, but it is too annoying to not be able to see anything. I've moved out of the area so I can't take them back. Though I love the customer service in this store, I wish they were better informed (and therefore could explain in better detail) how the lenses will differ. I wanted thinner, lighter-weight lenses, and that's what I got with the HD's due to Eyemart's recommendation (they were so confident that they exclaimed I would love them and NEVER wear anything else again) but I can't stand them! (Perhaps they aren't meant for people with a higher prescription?) I also never really received a very good explanation as to why polycarbonate lenses for sunglasses are so much thicker than polycarbonate lenses in my regular glasses, just that if I wanted a thinner lens I had to go with the HD's. The HD's are worthless. Very frustrating.

Then I was told it's the frame and then it's due to cataract. Her exact words were 'the glasses are correct to the prescription'. The prescription is obviously wrong then!! So, now I have glasses I can't wear and my insurance won't allow for another exam for 12 months. And I'm out $165.

Sadly now it is a place that has no direction anymore and management is non existent that's for sure. I took up a part time job with the mall and the things I found out were no shocking but were at the same time. Bad financial choices over and over again from what I could gather from but at what point do you learn... apparently there old manager spent 8 grand on candy for an event and had to give all of it away. Like what are we doing really. Anyways don't expect the bathrooms to improve or anything because there is no budget or whoever makes the big decisions won't out the funding into it anymore but then why not be done all together right? My daughter's wedding was last weekend, and her feet still have not touched the ground. Before she set a date, we called Monet Floral to make sure that THEY would be available. Her sister's wedding in 2008 was a fabulous demonstration of how daisies could elevate the somewhat austere ballroom of the La Crosse Center. Daughter #2 knew that the venue would be different, but she hoped for the same drama and artistry that only Monet could deliver. And boy, did they deliver. Ben and Pat have led the team for as long as I can remember, and working with them is a dream. "Creative" and "full service" is only the start. Because of their years of experience, they have established working relationships with most of the vendors in town, which makes planning SO MUCH easier. Ben was endlessly patient with us as we had to plan, postpone, and pivot due to the virus. He was able to incorporate the bride's love of candlelight and roses, along with her very personal color palette and her custom logo. The results were STUNNING. She could not have been more pleased, and she commented that the floral design met or exceeded any display that she has seen in New York City. The staff at Monet worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, and together they were able to put all the pieces in place with very little direction from us. Brian, on staff at the shop, was quick to volunteer to help, and he was able to use his own personal tools to add to the ambiance. Summer has been a valued designer for a long time, and her attention to detail and artistry are legendary. Patrick sourced foliage from his own garden to help out with a project at the last minute. They are able to source rental items to supplement their already ample inventory of staging pieces. They sought input from us and were receptive to my daughter's ideas, but were very capable of forging ahead without a lot of direction when the actual day approached. The flowers were carefully chosen and were of such high quality that I am still enjoying many of the stems. Ben was able to use silk flowers that I had collected to keep them out of the landfill, for we both are all for recycling and re-using whenever possible. As an artist, he maintained the beauty of all-fresh flowers in the reception area, but used the artificial stems for outdoor embellishments, where closeup scrutiny was not an issue. The staff did all of the delivery and setup in the short time they had, no small feat, considering that there were MULTIPLE weddings scheduled for the venue. They really must have worked quickly. I cannot think of any floral design group ANYWHERE that could do a better job. I could not recommend them more highly.
