I asked Tangerine if they sold the hummingbirds and they directed me to Optical Vision W/Flair. I was in the store this morning with my Mom and she absolutely loved meeting Linda and looking at how beautifully the store was decorated with everything from a Betty Boop table, camel, chicken head chair and an aquarium as well. I will be back to see Charlie the dog as well, he is so cute and playful. I already look forward to seeing Linda again, such a sweet woman and her granddaughter is great as well. Before moving to Winona, I had ophthalmologists perform that monitoring, but Dr. Robeson, although licensed as an optometrist, is fully capable of performing the work. His office has an impressive array of diagnostic equipment that includes visual fields, retinal cameras, and optical coherence tomography (OCT). Dr. Robeson and his staff used all of them to quickly and accurately assess the current state of my vision, and then Dr. Robeson reviewed the results with me. He fully understands my Optic Disc Drusen, and I enjoy discussing with him the progression of that disease. Excellent professional service in a friendly and comfortable setting. The manager of LensCrafters greeted me with a can-do hello and got to work right away on my broken frames. Within minutes I heard the spritzes of lens cleaning liquid and knew at that moment everything was going to be all right. We tremendous relief in my voice, I asked the manager how much. I am usually a very private person, but this needs to be shared. Here is my post: I was having second thoughts of going again this year, (Easter Egg Hunt Event) because last year was a disaster! I mean, they did take our feedback which was nice, but still, a kid went missing, the cops were called, there were no eggs for mine and my friends kids. There was no separation of ages, NO ONE was watching the kids in the bouncy house, it was so unorganized, two of my girlfriend's kids got hurt. Kids knocking over other kids, It was horrible. I honestly had no idea who was running this shit show. All these factors weighed on my decision. HOWEVER, now I was told who the dj that will be there....For a business that says they are all about the La Crosse community and love our city, is picking a guy who has done nothing but vandilze and puke on our city. It's a disgrace, even outside the mall! So I really don't think we are attending and lot of other parents feel the same way. Good luck with your event, so heads up to valley view mall I know your trying to get this back to it's life like in the 80s and 90s.

Had their "protective coating" and it was worthless. Had bought their extra warranty and had another pair made. Wore them less than 3 weeks and horrible scratches across them again. Use only kimtech to clean them and am not hard on my glasses in any way. I only wear them in the evening when I am home. Have worn glasses for 40+ years and normally have them 5-6 years at a time from other places and all still look close to new. America's Best protective coating for scratches is WORTHLESS! I called and talked with a Cole who said, "well you must have done something to them, they don't just scratch themselves." Would like to chalk it up to "you get what you pay for" but in this case think the ones from the dollar stores would be a better investment. Word of mouth goes a long ways, especially when you work in a medical setting and have lots of people asking about recommendations for decent affordable glasses. Can be quaranteed I steer every one of them away from America's Best. America's Worst would be a much more fitting name!
