The manager of LensCrafters greeted me with a can-do hello and got to work right away on my broken frames. Within minutes I heard the spritzes of lens cleaning liquid and knew at that moment everything was going to be all right. We tremendous relief in my voice, I asked the manager how much. I don't remember the doctor from last time but Dr. V was very nice. She asked if I had problems and I told her about my dry eyes. She gave me a solution to solve it vs in the last, other optometrists would just brush it off and tell me to continue doing what I do. I did appreciate how in depth she was and explained why I had dry eyes. She gave me the name of some gel eye drops to use along with some instructions. I really appreciated it! The other girls were nice as well. I was greeted right away when I enter and even after waiting for a while, someone did come up to me to confirm if I needed help.
