I agreed and I asked him if we can be in the store so they have some sort of correlation's along the call. He showed a rude attitude and kept saying "I can't help with anything!" Given the fact that we had tried to do this transition in Arizona and the employees at the Best Buy in Arizona were complete idiots and not helpful at all, we figured we would have better luck in our home state, which, for starters, doesn't rank at the bottom of the educational scale. What a difference in customer service, product know-how, and plan in's and out's. We worked with Cody during the time that we were trying to figure all of this out, and he was amazing. He explained everything in a manner that was clear and concise, and he did everything he could to get us a new plan and some new phones. Alas, Verizon just rolled out a very SkyNet-esque fraud policy that locks down applications that are from people who are out of state. This policy is new and apparently cannot be overridden by supervisors. The minute one person unlocked it, the computer automatically relocked it. It was very frustrating for us and for the people trying to help us. What was most frustrating is knowing that we would have to do this transaction back in Arizona, where printing shopping cart lists off of BestBuy.com seems to be about the extent of the experience their employees have. However, Cody did everything right, and spent a significant amount of time trying to help us. We appreciated that so much, and truly wish that things would have worked out for us to have given him our business.
