    Have never had luck at any of the other stores near the Mall or near Target NW. stopped into the…read moreone on Marketplace and the guy said that he couldn't help unless I had an appointment, but then asked what the issue was. I explain the issue and he said "oh, it's your SIM card. Stop into any Verizon store at any time and they'll change it out, takes 5 minutes". So I asked if he could just do it and he said "not without an appointment". There was no one in the store. So we left. Took a week for me to be home and made an appointment at this location. Showed up and was greeted by Tristen. I explained my issue and Tristen took 45 seconds to pop out my SIM card, only to find that it was the card. Even prior to looking at my SIM card, he stated he believed it was an issue with the account itself. So, we made some easy changes and guess what... phone works WAY better and does what it should. Tristan had stated he literally just started with the company and it had been his 3rd week. He was super nice and very professional in helping me troubleshoot my phone problems. He may be new, but he was right. He didn't just blow me off like the NW store... which we have had many issues with over the past couple years. Who knew this little gem existed. We'll be coming here from now on. Thanks again Tristen!!!

The phones (5) were supposed to be FREE ... not one month have we not been charged a fee for each phone! This is bate and switch!!!! Fraud!!! And the internet is half the speed I was told!! I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and hours in the store trying to get this all corrected to the amount we were told!!! I am so frustrated with this terrible situation!!!! I am leaving the crooked Verizon I would NOT recommend them to anyone! I could tell you more don't go there unless you want to be lied to!

Given the fact that we had tried to do this transition in Arizona and the employees at the Best Buy in Arizona were complete idiots and not helpful at all, we figured we would have better luck in our home state, which, for starters, doesn't rank at the bottom of the educational scale. What a difference in customer service, product know-how, and plan in's and out's. We worked with Cody during the time that we were trying to figure all of this out, and he was amazing. He explained everything in a manner that was clear and concise, and he did everything he could to get us a new plan and some new phones. Alas, Verizon just rolled out a very SkyNet-esque fraud policy that locks down applications that are from people who are out of state. This policy is new and apparently cannot be overridden by supervisors. The minute one person unlocked it, the computer automatically relocked it. It was very frustrating for us and for the people trying to help us. What was most frustrating is knowing that we would have to do this transaction back in Arizona, where printing shopping cart lists off of BestBuy.com seems to be about the extent of the experience their employees have. However, Cody did everything right, and spent a significant amount of time trying to help us. We appreciated that so much, and truly wish that things would have worked out for us to have given him our business. All of you in the Rochester area, go see Cody at Best Buy Mobile...he'll get you all set up...as long as you're not from another state. ;)

When the manager is the worst and the employee should be the manager. Ahmed is an employee in this store and, few days ago, he helped me greatly with our t mobile needs. We came tonight with the frustration that we are being billed more than usual and the manager was there at that time. I explained my frustration and he asked that we call 611. I agreed and I asked him if we can be in the store so they have some sort of correlation's along the call. He showed a rude attitude and kept saying "I can't help with anything!" I said "I know. that's okay!" A good manager would say "that's alright, you're welcome to stay until things are sorted" with a smile and a good attitude. Yet he didn't. Mind you, I was with my 65-yo father and my disabled brother. I started calling 611 and I asked my father to get something from the car. With the rudest behavior ever, he said not to "keep going back and forth into the store". I asked him to be more polite and that I didn't appreciate his tone. "Get the hell out of my store!" He replied. My father and I asked for his name but he kept refusing. My father was about to call the police but I told him not. We walked out and immediately filed a complaint against him through T mobile customer service. I'm grateful for the person who was with me on the phone who helped me sort out my issues. And I'm also grateful for Ahmed. I look forward to knowing that T mobile took serious actions towards this rude, misbehaving manager.
