The associates there acted like they were on something. They both talked a million miles an hour. I asked the same questions multiple times as I did not understand what they were trying to sell me. I was assured I would be receiving at least $500 back for my old phone once I traded it in. They told me the credit would show up in one or two billing cycles. On the second billing, I called AT&T directly because I did not have the credit applied as yet. I was told that I was not on the correct plan and I would not be receiving any discounts and the phone was going to cost $1000! Finally, I was able to have them tell me they would reimburse $280. I feel like I was totally lied to by the sales rep at the Rochester store. On top of that, a week later, my new phone totally went blank while I was on the road and would only work on SOS mode. I had to stop in a town that had another AT&T store and have them fix it for me.

When she was finally helped, the service rep replied to her, "Sure, and that will be another $29 to download your contacts again. You should have made sure you had all of your contacts before you left the store." Unbelievable and so angering to hear someone make a comment like that.
