Jason B answered and was incredibly accommodating! First he told me that he would put "hands on" the shoes to ensure they were in the store. He said that I would have to pay for shipping since the shoes were so heavily discounted, $85.00 off! I felt that was a extremely fair request. He searched for the cheapest shipping option AND cut a shipping box to the smallest size and still allow the factory box to fit, further reducing the shipping cost. He didn't have to do that, I was paying the shipping anyway. The shoes are brand new in the box and came exactly as described. Jason was keeping me updated with the shipping progress which took only 3 business days, from MN to NJ! I looked at some of the reviews, the most recent one that I see is from 2022 and my experience was nothing like that. If I could change one thing, it would be for Bicycle Sports to move closer! New Jersey would be nice, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. :) Unfortunately, I feel that people are more inclined to share a bad experience more than a positive one. I felt that Jason and the Bicycle Sports deserved a few minutes of my time for outstanding customer service. I was hesitant after reading some of those old reviews, but based on my experience, I will not hesitate to purchase again. Bicycle Sports is a Brick and mortar store and not a big chain retailer further reenforces my decision. Nothing against them, but my preference are the Brick and Mortar shops! There is a rack out front to park your bike, which is nice. There seemed to be a large variety of accessories, clothing, and bikes in store. Inside i was greeted by a friendly face right away, who dropped what he was doing to help me out. I was wanting theft protection for my tires, and thanks to his help I was convinced to purchase a long cable to tether my tires, which can also be used to tie both my husband's and my bike together if needed. The price was very reasonable for the product. I will definitely be going back to bicycle sports in the future, and I reccomend it to anyone else who bikes.

Thatcher's response when asked about our options of purchasing another, better quality handrail - was "we don't have other options and don't sell many handrails". It was a frustating. We pruchased a handrail that fastened to the steps for $50 vs our Thatcher handrail that had a plate that slid under the tub for $300. Given our experience, the $50 is a better design for less $$$. The negatives of their service ended up overshadowing the positives…read more 1. My cat went missing. I told the owner right away that my cats were in the bathroom. He didn't tell the crewman, and one was let out and went missing. My friends and I spent 3 hours looking for my cat. It was very distressing for all of us. 2. They were not honest with the price they would charge. We communicated up-front that we had larger pieces, we gave them a list of the pieces, lived on the second floor, and the date was a holiday. Their website says $90 per hour, but they charged us $250 per hour. When they say they may adjust the price, make sure you know upfront. They never communicated to us an honest cost beforehand, that stairs would cost more, and that working on a holiday would cost more. We would have chosen another date, we were flexible. They said we just did the date you said you wanted and that's what we charged for working on a holiday, but they never told us beforehand. If that's what they want to charge, that's fine, but you need be up-front with it so that person has a choice to take their business elsewhere. They did do a good job with the moving aspect. They packed things well. They showed up and let us know they were running late. We were very polite to the movers, they never complained to us about the job, we did ask at the end why they charged us that much, but we weren't mean about it or anything like that. We bought them water. We just had standard furniture, like dressers, beds, and shelves. Our new home was about 5 miles away, so they didn't have to travel far. Nothing other movers had issues with in the past.
