I found the Rochester Indoor Golf Center. During my first simulator practice session I overheard a golf lesson being conducted in the next bay. The instruction being communicated was technically accurate, easy to understand, and being delivered by a professional golf instructor with obviously a lot of playing and teaching experience. Not a club pro or someone with a philosophy, but solid golf instruction and teaching experience. At the end of that first session I managed to schedule a lesson from Paul Pehler. I have had many lessons over the years with a lot of different golf instructors. I have never had a more enjoyable, challenging and productive golf lesson than what I received from Paul at Rochester Indoor Golf Center. The staff at Rochester Indoor Golf Center were all very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for simulator practice, real instruction, or equipment, I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Jason B answered and was incredibly accommodating! First he told me that he would put "hands on" the shoes to ensure they were in the store. He said that I would have to pay for shipping since the shoes were so heavily discounted, $85.00 off! I felt that was a extremely fair request. He searched for the cheapest shipping option AND cut a shipping box to the smallest size and still allow the factory box to fit, further reducing the shipping cost. He didn't have to do that, I was paying the shipping anyway. The shoes are brand new in the box and came exactly as described. Jason was keeping me updated with the shipping progress which took only 3 business days, from MN to NJ! I looked at some of the reviews, the most recent one that I see is from 2022 and my experience was nothing like that. If I could change one thing, it would be for Bicycle Sports to move closer! New Jersey would be nice, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. :) Unfortunately, I feel that people are more inclined to share a bad experience more than a positive one. I felt that Jason and the Bicycle Sports deserved a few minutes of my time for outstanding customer service. I was hesitant after reading some of those old reviews, but based on my experience, I will not hesitate to purchase again. Bicycle Sports is a Brick and mortar store and not a big chain retailer further reenforces my decision. Nothing against them, but my preference are the Brick and Mortar shops! Inside i was greeted by a friendly face right away, who dropped what he was doing to help me out. I was wanting theft protection for my tires, and thanks to his help I was convinced to purchase a long cable to tether my tires, which can also be used to tie both my husband's and my bike together if needed. The price was very reasonable for the product. I will definitely be going back to bicycle sports in the future, and I reccomend it to anyone else who bikes.

Oak Summit is right off the highway and next to the lightly-trafficked Rochester airport. Full disclosure: I didn't actually play a full game of golf here. I came for the driving range. I'm an amateur still trying to figure out my swing, and I'm not quite ready to join the big boys out on the course. Judging by how I did on the range, it might be a while before I write you all a review of the course proper--I've got a lot of work to do. On first impression, though, the course is very nice. There's a ton of diverse foliage on the course (I think that's the first time I've used the word "foliage" in a review) and some nice ponds and such. Oh, I can't wait until I can actually "play" golf to get out there on this course! So, the range. I'm not sure if other places have this sort of setup (I've only been to a few ranges), but it's terraced. There's a section to hit balls from, and then 5 feet ahead there is a steep drop and another area to shoot from. There were only a few people here this day, and they were all on the upper section. Good thing nobody was shooting from the lower section, because some of my balls ended up there (oops!). It's a really beautiful driving range they have here. Most places just have a flat field with tacky signs marking different distances, but this one was filled with undulating hills (and, again, tons of trees surrounding it!). Well, I guess that's all I can say about the driving range. It's pretty nice. Inside, they have a small "bar" (although it's more like some seats and a few bottles of liquor on the counter, along with a couple of types of beer to choose from). Range tokens were reasonably-priced (I don't remember any exact prices, but it was on par (pun intended) with other places I've been to). I really like the driving range and can't wait to play the course!

I purchased some items off the website yesterday where they offered gift cards along with the purchase. They accepted my payment and told me the items had shipped. Today, I checked my gift card balance and saw it had been zeroed out, even thought I had paid cash for one of the gift cards. I called Scheels, and the service person was astonishingly rude, and informed me that there was a glitch in their system and they have the right to cancel orders due to a glitch. (By the way, a mistake in your website is not actually a 'glitch' that's a cop out because you made a mistake and refuse to honor your commitments). So Scheels still has my money, and they cancelled my gift cards and they refuse to honor the contracts they created when I purchased the items yesterday. So, bottom line, Scheels in an unethical company that I will never return to, and suggest you avoid doing business with them. They take your money and then refuse to honor their commitments. If I could provide negative stars I would do so. read more

Just saw a TikTok of how 3 employees named Tom, Billy, and Steve racially profiled a couple of black boys the whole time in the store. The workers were accusing them of stealing and being disrespectful to them when they weren't. They promoted disgusting behavior and those workers should be fired. Everything sports, period. My first time in the new store and I'm very impressed. It's huge, I've never seen so many isles of sportswear. I'm a Nike fan and they have tons of it. Great selection of fishing gear also. They even have a bowling alley upstairs. I spent almost two hours here. read more

There are a number of them that will get you that crown or tiara. I loved hitting the Kipling handbag section. It had heavily reduced items. I also saw a bit of a shift with its signature monkey, from the fuzzy one on each back, to silver ones. The fuzzy ones are iconic and cute. The silver ones are definitely easier to clean and maintain. I didn't buy anything, but I loved looking at merchandise that I like, including jewellery.
