I ended up with custom orthotic inserts that will work in any of my shoes. The lady that was helping me was very kind and understanding, and helpful. She came up with a solution that is working much better than over-the -counter inserts. They have a fabulous selection of specialty footwear, and the prices are consistent with other stores.
