We were so grateful to have stumbled upon Janky. Great array of this and that for the trail, camp and our RV.

We found it in a non-descriptive shopping mall in Rochester and it is a Large store with many departments. I was just looking at the men's clothing we did walk by the fishing section which was pretty big. They had two sections of men "men's clothing, one in the outdoor department and then another in basic menswear department. The brands were pretty typical. In fact they had Milwaukee shirts for women, but I didn't see any for men that was kind of the brand that was hoping they have for men. I was actually hoping for more regional clothing, but that was a wish that did not appear. The store smells like offgassing imported items and I'll tell you what Canadian tire a big chain in Canada smelled the same way. The checker was helpful. He allowed me to get into the discount club which gave me discount on the two shirts. I purchased. I enjoyed the ice fishing sheds in the front of the store.

Also bought a gift card and gummy worms. The store is flipped around compared to Lakeville store. Literally 1 cashier, so I did self checkout. I asked what kind of recon work they did but apparently there's none because he had nothing to say. I've also been made aware of another scheme CW partakes in. When a new camper is delivered to the dealership, they are paid for repairs made and the camper is prepped in "ready for sale" mode which they are reimbursed for by the manufacturer. They then are charging the buyer AGAIN for those prep fees on the back end. This is how they are able to advertise campers for lower prices, but then justify increasing the price at the last minute to rope in the customer at the last minute either without them knowing or when they feel it's too late to back out. JUST RUN. Do your research. Camping world is shade AF. They are now partnering up with Forest River dealerships and buying out others such as Lazydays. Try to stick to smaller mom/pop shops. They are going to more honest, most r experienced with repairs, and going to try to keep you as a customer. We ended up buying private sale and used an online company for a loan which was so easy with no slick sales pitches or price hikes. Again, please see CAMPING WORLD SUCKS on Facebook. There's lots of good info on there of others' experiences that I wish we would have know before wasting our time.

Jason B answered and was incredibly accommodating! First he told me that he would put "hands on" the shoes to ensure they were in the store. He said that I would have to pay for shipping since the shoes were so heavily discounted, $85.00 off! I felt that was a extremely fair request. He searched for the cheapest shipping option AND cut a shipping box to the smallest size and still allow the factory box to fit, further reducing the shipping cost. He didn't have to do that, I was paying the shipping anyway. The shoes are brand new in the box and came exactly as described. Jason was keeping me updated with the shipping progress which took only 3 business days, from MN to NJ! I looked at some of the reviews, the most recent one that I see is from 2022 and my experience was nothing like that. If I could change one thing, it would be for Bicycle Sports to move closer! New Jersey would be nice, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. :) Unfortunately, I feel that people are more inclined to share a bad experience more than a positive one. I felt that Jason and the Bicycle Sports deserved a few minutes of my time for outstanding customer service. I was hesitant after reading some of those old reviews, but based on my experience, I will not hesitate to purchase again. Bicycle Sports is a Brick and mortar store and not a big chain retailer further reenforces my decision. Nothing against them, but my preference are the Brick and Mortar shops! I hope this review will provide confidence to patronize them. Yup, great experience, time to get off of this computer and introduce these new shoes to my fat tire bike and make some tracks. Cheers

There is a rack out front to park your bike, which is nice. There seemed to be a large variety of accessories, clothing, and bikes in store. Inside i was greeted by a friendly face right away, who dropped what he was doing to help me out. I was wanting theft protection for my tires, and thanks to his help I was convinced to purchase a long cable to tether my tires, which can also be used to tie both my husband's and my bike together if needed. The price was very reasonable for the product. I will definitely be going back to bicycle sports in the future, and I reccomend it to anyone else who bikes.

I had a very disappointing experience with Erik's Bike Shop…read more We purchased a brand-new pair of skis and bindings from the Rochester store. Their technicians also professionally mounted and tested the bindings when we purchased new ski boots. Despite this professional setup, the binding unexpectedly released while my son was skiing, causing him to fall. After only two ski trips, the skis were also already visibly chipped. When we brought the equipment back to the store, they refused to issue a refund. The only option they offered was a replacement from the same manufacturer, even though we had already lost confidence in the product's safety and quality. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. Both the Rochester store manager and corporate customer service were dismissive of our concerns. Instead of addressing the safety issue, they insisted the remedy would not be a refund and suggested the problem could be "as simple as a screw coming loose." They even tried to blame the situation by saying my son weighs more now than when the bindings were set, even though the bindings had been professionally adjusted and tested by their own technicians just the month before. For a shop that markets itself as a professional ski service provider, this response showed very little accountability when something goes wrong. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying skis or having bindings serviced here. For reference, Better Business Bureau currently lists the company with a D rating and multiple unanswered complaints.
