After trying for about 15 minutes he brought in his manager Adam who tried to put the visor on for me. They were struggling to put this on because I own a very old helmet and it was very difficult to put newer visors on a helmet like this. Through the frustration of not being able to put it on Adam worked for over an hour to help put on my visor and it ended up fitting in the end. I really appreciate how hard he worked to put this together his effort didn't go unnoticed. All three employees who were on staff Adam , Brett, and Bill were all very helpful and greeted other customers that came into the store and treated them with respect. while I was waiting for my helmet to be put on we engaged in conversation and it helped pass the time. This was a very personal and good experience in the store. I would definitely recommend pure hockey in Burnsville if you're around the area and need something related to hockey.

I told him I called and was told there were some in store options and he reminded me of the fact that we had a covid crisis. I did manage to tell him what type of bike I was interested in and he started talking about bikes to order. I said,"so you don't have any in store?" He pointed at two bikes and said we only have these two. I asked what was wrong with these two and he said nothing was wrong. I felt like I was ready for him to actually show me the two bikes but he didn't seem interested in helping me. He then recommended I check out the bike stores in the cities.....

She ordered in every model of the bike and then held onto the one we wanted so we could drive up from Omaha to test drive them. Ended up buying two bikes and a new rack. I saw some cute Bondi 9's. I researched Hoka website and they are a neutral shoe, but will work for overpronation, which my friend says I have. They were comfortable walking in the shoe dept. I also needed a new cover for my thrift store Stanley. I did score 20% off. What bothers me is they say they have a military discount but supposedly this store doesn't do that. Scheels offers 5% off. I'm glad I had a 20% discount for these spendy $174 shoes. Hope they are comfortable for my new side fun job this summer. I will be walking a lot and enjoying concerts.

BEWARE!!!! Horrible! went to Dick's in Burnsville to re-grip my putter it was a pretty much a brand…read morenew 2 ball putter. Brad in the golf area basically stepped on the top of the putter with his filthy shoes when he tried to Aline the new grip. There was another guy in the golf area I told him you could see the shoe prints on the top of the 2 ball putter. He tried to clean it off the best he could. There is still debris in the ball on the putter. I called to talk to the manager. Basically the employee lied and told the manager that he didn't step on the putter. The manager basically told me since I didn't buy the putter there they really couldn't do much! then said bye. I'll never go back!
