She gave me a solution to solve it vs in the last, other optometrists would just brush it off and tell me to continue doing what I do. I did appreciate how in depth she was and explained why I had dry eyes. She gave me the name of some gel eye drops to use along with some instructions. I really appreciated it! The other girls were nice as well. I was greeted right away when I enter and even after waiting for a while, someone did come up to me to confirm if I needed help.

She prescribed reading glasses and her staff helped me navigate the process of picking out glasses. I thought there was a generous amount of frame styles and designers to choose from. There were also running a buy one get one half off deal in the store at the time. My reading glasses were estimated to arrive within a week and a half after the order was placed; however, I received notification they were ready for pick up within a week. When I tried them on, they needed to be slightly adjusted which the staff did right away, not more than 5 minutes, and the fit was perfect. All in all a great experience: a thorough eye examine, very quick and friendly service. I already made my appointment to come back in a year!
