Be careful. While I do like their 'net neutrality practices' their device contracts and promotions are absolutely brutal. They do shove every-thing in your face, which some people do like. I want to know what a communications provider is doing with my data, especially at 'economies of scale'. They really do make an effort to 'educate' the user, but this is where everything falls flat. Every feature is found in one app like other providers, this trend is turning UI design and serviceability a nightmare for the end user. I'm reviewing the service as a whole, not this location specifically. They build out their own IT, which I find really cool; and, they are incorporated in Bellevue in the US. Internationally known as Deutsche Telekom, and the Small startup that was bought started in California. Service is great in the city, okay in buildings with metal rain guards, and absolutely awful 50 feet away from your window. read more

We just left the tmobile on 1st Ave in burien with a bad taste in our mouth. We came here and the vibe was so much better, way more friendly, and helped us get exactly what we needed. Signed phone purchase and trade-in with the understanding trade-in can be brought to the store. Would not have signed the contract otherwise. The store refused to take the trade-in saying it's not their policy. Was told I had to mail the trade-in and they would give me the mailing label. Even though there was no problem with the trade-in, T-mobile claimed the trade-in had "display issues" with no documentation as to the decision. All this could have been avoided if the store took the trade-in. I have since found out the policy is for store to take trade-ins and this person has done this to other customer. Luckily there was a manager in charge and the manager compensated the customer. The store has been without a manager. read more

I've been to this store 3 times now since they opened up. I just want to tell them THANK YOU. The customer service here is like a breath of fresh air compared to the other nearby locations. The federal way store has messed up my account multiple times and i always dreaded going in there because i felt like the workers aren't helpful and will just end up accruing more inaccurate charges to my account like they had before. The people who have helped me at this new location make me feel like they truly care. I am so happy to have a place i can trust now and i will be bringing my business here in the future. read more

If I could give ZERO stars 8 would. This store has the worst customer service of any business I have ever been to. I took our exchange student in to get a SIM card and they said her credit card wouldn't process. We left and two days later there was a charge on her account. When I called them about it they told me to call the 1.800 #. Of course the 1.800 # told me that I had to go back to the store. When I called the store they hung up on me and continue to not answer the phone when I call or answer and hang up. DO NOT use this store. I'm so glad I don't have T-Mobile service! read more

I'm not really sure what the previous comment was talking about because I've had the complete opposite experience at this store. I've had nothing but issues with T-Mobile since I have switched over and the customer service lacks. I've been in the store twice (once to sign up and once to fix the issues I had from signing up). The manager used profanity both times I was in there. I'm not one to care too much, but if you are working and customers are in the store, that's not the place or time to be dropping the f bomb. A few times it felt as if he almost yelled at me when I asked the associate that was helping me a question because I didn't understand. I have to go back in to activate my new phone once it comes in, but not sure I'll be back to that specific store. read more

Once again Normandy Park T-Mobile hit it out of the park! The employees there have the best customer service skills that I have encountered in a long time. They're friendly, helpful and courteous to senior citizens. I never feel pressured to buy anything by staff. They cheerfully answer any questions that I have and help me better utilize my I-Phone. Today's superstar was Kailee H. who did an amazing job getting my husband and me set up with new I-Phones. The employees at Normandy Park T-Mobile are the reason we stay with this company.
