I gave Verizon zero out of five for the Review. One week ago, my iPhone screen went black. It happened once before after I started my contract with them in 2025. A lady who was nice in the store didn't pull up my account and just fixed the problem in several minutes. after I started my contract with them in 2025. Last Saturday, one week ago the same thing occurred and I walked into Verizon expecting that it be fixed in minutes. The young man that I dealt with didn't even look at my phone. I told them that I had insurance for both my wife's phone and my phone. He looked up my account and said I didn't have insurance. He did not check to see if I was telling him the truth. On Monday when I spoke to the manager, he was able to tell me another person at that office had taken us off insurance. I'm not sure why because my wife and I did not stop the insurance for the phones. So I was told I needed an upgrade and a new phone. Which may cost $23 a month Because now I lost the promotional I had back in 2025.To insure the phones was another $57 a month. and in the end I got a bill of over $90 a month for the 26 months of my agreement with Verizon. I also told the kid that was selling me the phone, how can I pair my I watch with my iPhone since he was giving me a label to take my phone that afternoon to UPS to mail. I told him the phone was not turned off and the data wasn't erased. Therefore, I am in danger of identity fraud and as of today, I'm unable to pair my iPhone and I watch. Even though I begged the manager to notify the Apple company that my phone needs to be erasing the data and turned off so I can pair my current I watch with my current iPhone. They have not as of this complaint. I spoke with three different supervisors on the 611 line and they all told me not to worry that they will take care of everything. Our phone was not activated. No information was transferred. My wife and I had to work almost 9 hours to get that done. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half with supervisors and they promised to take care of the problem. One of them actually quoted me a price that was over $90 less than what they're charging me per month. Therefore, my wife and I experienced a number of lies, and obviously the money has been taken from us. It was not our fault that the insurance went missing. As elderly citizens.this is by far the worst treatment to a customer that we've ever experienced. I would recommend that anybody reading this to never use Verizon ever again and to tell their friends and families never to use Verizon ever again. The behavior as I told the supervisors is not just good or bad or terrible for customers, in out opinion it is actually evil to tell people you're going to take care of a problem and not only do nothing but make it actually worse for them. Everything I'm writing is true. as a Christian, my wife and I can forgive their evil . But we all get judged one day. Amen.

I am very disappointed in AT&T. I have been a customer since 1973...yes, first with a wall phone…read moreuntil today with a smart phone. I went into the store May 28th to get their deal for a free S21 by trading in my S9. The young man (Wilson) who waited on me was very nice and looked to see if I qualified. Yes, I was...so he set me up. I left pretty satisfied (a bit disappointed you don't get anything with the phone nowadays like a charger). The next month my bill was high. I went into AT&T to find out why. I was told my old phone probably didn't arrive there yet. The next month I received a credit but after investigating I found I was given $95 for my S9 (which was running just fine when I turned it in). I could also see I was on the plan to pay for my "free" phone. Went into AT&T again. Jamila who waited on me discovered the problem. Apparently to get the free phone I needed to have unlimited data. We have the plan with 4 gigs. She realized I wasn't told this information and said she would see what she could do to get me my free phone. After not hearing back from her I jumped online and chatted with Antony B. He assured me this would get corrected. He put in for an emergency case. Today I received a call from AT& T and Kelly told me yes..it was their fault but now that it was in the system there was nothing they could do. I could either pay the monthly cost for the new phone or sign up for unlimited data which we don't need and it would cost me more than the monthly cost of the new phone! I am very unhappy. I am going on a trip next week but when I get home I plan to go talk to Verizon to see if they can help me. An update to my experience. I received a call this morning from Frank who works at AT&T in GA. After reviewing my experience he told me I would be receiving a credit for the price of the phone! Wonderful news. Looks like AT&T does care about their customers! Thanks AT& T for listening and taking care of the problem.
