Good afternoon. I'm a retiree as a heart doctor for 45 years having been trained at the Cleveland clinic. My wife is a nurse practitioner. We are God-fearing honest Christians. I gave Verizon zero out of five for the Review. One week ago, my iPhone screen went black. It happened once before after I started my contract with them in 2025. A lady who was nice in the store didn't pull up my account and just fixed the problem in several minutes. after I started my contract with them in 2025. Last Saturday, one week ago the same thing occurred and I walked into Verizon expecting that it be fixed in minutes. The young man that I dealt with didn't even look at my phone. I told them that I had insurance for both my wife's phone and my phone. He looked up my account and said I didn't have insurance. He did not check to see if I was telling him the truth. On Monday when I spoke to the manager, he was able to tell me another person at that office had taken us off insurance. I'm not sure why because my wife and I did not stop the insurance for the phones. So I was told I needed an upgrade and a new phone. Which may cost $23 a month Because now I lost the promotional I had back in 2025.To insure the phones was another $57 a month. and in the end I got a bill of over $90 a month for the 26 months of my agreement with Verizon. I also told the kid that was selling me the phone, how can I pair my I watch with my iPhone since he was giving me a label to take my phone that afternoon to UPS to mail. I told him the phone was not turned off and the data wasn't erased. Therefore, I am in danger of identity fraud and as of today, I'm unable to pair my iPhone and I watch. Even though I begged the manager to notify the Apple company that my phone needs to be erasing the data and turned off so I can pair my current I watch with my current iPhone. They have not as of this complaint. I spoke with three different supervisors on the 611 line and they all told me not to worry that they will take care of everything. Our phone was not activated. No information was transferred. My wife and I had to work almost 9 hours to get that done. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half with supervisors and they promised to take care of the problem. One of them actually quoted me a price that was over $90 less than what they're charging me per month. Therefore, my wife and I experienced a number of lies, and obviously the money has been taken from us. It was not our fault that the insurance went missing. As elderly citizens.this is by far the worst treatment to a customer that we've ever experienced. I would recommend that anybody reading this to never use Verizon ever again and to tell their friends and families never to use Verizon ever again. The behavior as I told the supervisors is not just good or bad or terrible for customers, in out opinion it is actually evil to tell people you're going to take care of a problem and not only do nothing but make it actually worse for them. Everything I'm writing is true. as a Christian, my wife and I can forgive their evil . But we all get judged one day. Amen. read more

They say free phone but don't tell you about taxes then I agreed to a plan but yet another plan showed up on my bill. Bill was so much more. Completely understand the 3 stars! Went in today to buy an iPhone for my wife and was told not to because the 16 was coming out and would be 800.00 cheaper with a new top tier line and that trade in would be better. Then he explained it was a better phone with only a 2 to 3.00 increase a month but that if wife was already a customer she wouldn't get the 800.00 discount because she already a customer. I know all this will be explained away because "I didn't understand" or, "that's not what I said" but I did understand and he did say this. He told me it wasn't a good idea to buy the phone and then he said I'm not telling you not to buy the phone all while speaking like he just woke up from a nap. I have to say, it was kind of funny. In the end though, I'm just one person and this is Verizon. I don't mind so much that they don't care, just don't show it so much. read more

I have been a customer with Verizon for 15+ years and have been to Verizon wireless retailers countless times. This was by far the best experience I have had. I don't remember the woman's name, but she was extremely helpful! I took my sons upgrade and what I expected to be a long difficult process, took about 15 minutes. Not only was she assisting me, but was multi tasking with another customer at the same time. I will definitely go back and deal with this retailer in the future. read more

I stopped into the Verizon store yesterday with a question about my Iphone and sat down at Tameeka's desk. She was tremendously helpful and solved my original question very quickly. She then found an amazing deal for me to buy a new Iphone for both my wife and I. Tameeka answered all of my questions and within a short period of time I walked out with 2 new phones at an extremely good price. Thank you for all your help Temeeka. Went today and worked with a man named Brent. He was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. I went In needing help enrolling my phone in the benefits that come with the plan I pay for. He informed me that our issues were with the Verizon app and that it isn't his fault he can't program or code. He also refused to ask any one else for help and stated that no employee there can code and we need to take our issue up with Verizon...which is exactly why we came to the Verizon store. I will never visit this store again and I am considering switching my entire business account to another provider read more

Great service. They always go over my plan with me, as well as new technology. The salesman even took the tome to set up my emails and connected my new phone to the car, which in fact the guy at the dealership didnt even know how. They can get busy, but always help me when I need them to! A+++ read more

Went the other day and staff was clueless. I wanted to upgrade my phone and sales person spoke so fast: and I am from NY. no phones for display he wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise only wanted to change my plan and even told me that I was crazy to go into a contract I should just pay for my $2.50 a month and own it so if something happend I can replace. I wanted to upgrade and have plan for two years. He wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise and wasn't willing to give me what I wanted. This was my second bad experience here or I wouldn't have written a review. I thought I would give the one more chance last time I had female bitching in front of me that all she had gotten was people bringing in phones and transferring contacts from old phone to new and a guy thinking if he hit on me he would get sale. I walked out because I didn't want to drive to the authorize dealer in Morehead City. This location isn't an authorized dealer and all they care about is the sale $$$$$$ it is a shame because I would love to business locally. The sales person who "helped" me had an unnecessary, condescending attitude and took personal phone calls on his blue tooth while I was sitting right there in front of him! He also put some $20 special screen protector on my new phone and didn't disclose the price until he reviewed the bill with me, after he had "gone to all the trouble" of putting it on. Sneaky.
