After 15 minutes I was checked in and spoke briefly with Anthony again where I would have to trade in my phone or pay an additional cost if I didn't want to trade in. I waited a little over a hour and half. Finally seen with someone and was told my phone would save me $300. Anthony wasn't available, I asked if I could call and set an appointment for my time to not be wasted again; I was not granted that. Absolutely not. I'm so displeased and feel like my time was wasted. I understand policies change but there was no consideration after waiting for a long time to be accommodated for next visit to be helped thoroughly.

The clerk , you know the guy who works with these things everyday and you figure would know them inside and out starts googling them to see what to do. My wife told him she tried that already and he asked he 'oh what did they say" making it clear he could stop his search if she had the answer. In England, this is the point where you look at someone and say "Give your brain a chance." He seemed to completely miss the point that had the online stuff my wife looked up worked, we wouldn't be there asking the so called expert. The 'expert,' unable to get direction online or thinking to ask anyone else on the staff was unable to help us. So if you want to BUY a phone. I'm sure they will be happy to take your money in a transaction needing little more skill than one that would also include the phrase 'you want fries with that?' But If you have a problem with the product THEY SELL. If you need actual help BEYOND WHAT YOU CAN FIND ON LINE for yourself online, you might as well ask a ham sandwich for help. At least you'll feel better after eating the sandwich, you don't after leaving this place. (we took the phone to best buy and they had it done in 15 minutes.)

They have a decent selection of books and other merchandise but I have noticed that this particular Barnes and Noble has downsized on their cd selection, and they have a select amount of new CDs. Although, a few times I asked a few of the employees If they had it in the back (it said in stock online) and they were able to locate it from the back for me! This Barnes and Noble also doesn't really have any rare finds, they have many best sellers. This aside the Starbucks is neat, the employees are all very friendly and helpful and I enjoy being a member and getting the 10% off. The only thing I really don't like is the parking lot as the spaces are unevenly lined (making it hard to pull through). This isn't my favorite Barnes & Noble but I still very much enjoy this store and I will go to it if I'm in the area.
