After I declined to pay $175 for only diagnosing my computer and wanted my computer back, he picked up a hammer to threaten my life(see the picture attached! Horrible!) I called 911, the police officers said they can only protect my life but they cannot do anything with bill disagreement. In the end I had to pay $175 to get my pc back, and I will sue the store once the court reopens.
