I was at T-Mobile and I was helped by Miguel he was really helpful and explained everything. This is a very nice and clean store

The employees were very rude and even tho I was the only customer in there they barely even helped me and made me feel like i was inconveniencing them. read more

I went to the store to add a new phone line and the guy tried to charge me $135 activation fee (which should have only been $10) then he tries telling me I cannot cancel a watch plan that I have had for over 3 years because I will lose the promotion on the new phone. I left the store and called T-Mobile to confirm and all the information I was given was in fact wrong.they were definitely trying to scam me. He also wanted to change my plan but give me 2 tracking devices free (not sure what that was about). I will just place my order online. Do not go here! read more

The worst experience I ever had at T Mobile. First of all while I was waiting by the front door for a while to open, it was passed 10 AM but no rush to open, contrary was late and one of the young men walked very slow. The music was very loud, offensive loud and I wasn't helped at all with what I needed for my phone. This other young man said no on everything, not bothering to take my phone and look at the simple issue to see why I couldn't make a phone call even I paid the service 3 days ago but who suppose to marked paid, didn't. I needed to call T Mobile to resolve another promised issue but he wouldn't help me and after I insisted he let me use the counter top phone and I stand there for an hour and a half talking to T mobile supervisor trying to have another problem resolved but not yet. It's the worst T Mobile store I had experienced. It wouldn't happen, as customer I should've been helped and respected. The T Mobile manager from the company apologized but I had another T Mobile store manager on 2570 Schaumburg Rd who damaged my phone about two weeks ago and I'm having big problems since then. Nobody seem to be able to fix it. read more

This is a terrible TMobile team at this location. There is no respect, hospitality or customer service by jazmine (assistant manager), Irene or Isabell. I was excited to buy a new phone and was scammed by the staff. The assistant manager then proceeded to argue with me when I confronted them. Had to call corporate to be shown any respect on the situation. read more

I've been going to the golf road store since I became a T-Mobile customer and hated having to go in for phone upgrades or questions because a 10 min process becomes 3 hours later.... I decided to try this location and I was very happy to meet Carlos! He set up my new phone and answered all my questions!!! I was in and out in 30 minutes!!! He respected my time and yet still was thorough!!! A couple days later I needed to bring my old phone back after I completed my backup and I dealt with Adrian the store manager!!! Another great experience!!! I shared with him my last experiences and he had told me that the location has all new managers and experienced staff now!!! I was thrilled to go there and they renewed my faith in T-Mobile!! read more

Very poor customer service! Patty the store manager has a horrible attitude and is not helpful at all! What's the point of having a store manager of they can't help with anything. I've been charged for an extra line that hasn't been used, they made a mistake on my account and telling me nothing they can do! Reaching out to the district manager, and seeing what can be done, and definitely putting in a complaint on patty! I will never step foot inside this location again! Use to be the only store I would go too! NEVER AGAIIN!!!!! read more

I had just left another T-Mobile location quite upset at the minimal knowledgeable the guy had, but needed to fix my phone so I drove to this location. Was greeted by a lady who answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable about the phones and what would work best for my situation! Never been happier with a T-Mobile location as much as this one. read more

Hi Patty, T-Mobile Bloomingdale store employee can replace my screen protector for me today, I had a pleasant experience with them. I called T-Mobile last night after you put the blame on me and the agent took ownership and did the right thing. I can't believe Patty, you said you are the manager put the blame on the customer without finding out real history. You said I ordered my iPhones 11 through website by myself, I am responsible for not having coverage for the screen protector, you cannot change it for me. You told me that my insurance coverage started after 15 days of purchase, it was transferred from my previous iPhone XR, how it can have a gap? I don't know how did you communicate with T-Mobile agent on the phone. You could not do the right thing and you don't know how to apologize the customer who was insulted by your employee and you. T-Mobile needs to give proper trainings for all employees especially managers to understand how to treat the customers politely. I hope you can improve the customer service in the future. read more

Thanks to Isabel patty j-low for their amazing customer service I highly recommend that you ask for one of them when you visit.

This location has terrible customer service. The manager Edlin G. conducts herself unprofessionally and has minimal to no knowledge on tech and phones for holding a management position. This location should re-evaluate its staffing decision. A friend went into her store with a broken phone which was purchased less than a year (not knowing it was just a software issue) and was looking to replace it. My friend believed her phone was paid off and told Edlin her situation. Edlin said that there was nothing she could do, she would need to purchase a new phone. $300 right there wasted. After now buying a new phone my friend used her device to check her T Mobile account realizing her phone was no fully paid off and should of been charged certain fees to replace. She called Edlin and after being laughed at and hung up on 6 times, was told by Edlin that she went off her word of mouth and that's no T Mobile's problem. T Mobile, should all of your staff review each account their servicing? Or is word of mouth the system your company uses? I'm confused. Why should the customer have corrected the agent? Why didn't your agent do her diligence? And if she did, why did she fail to acknowledge certain account information. As a manger if she can't look at an account and tell a simple balance, she should really not be in management. We went back the next day to return the phone. She was trying to charge a $50 restock fee. We said no, it was this whole ordeal. In the store we called T Mobile who said it could be returned without that fee and were apologetic. Edlin kept resisting. It was absurd. This company has no consistency. End result T Mobile call center took care of it but Edlin the manager of the Hanover Park branch was rude, disrespectful, and clearly lying to her customers. read more

I have terrible service received from this store regarding screen protector I purchased from the store. I have insurance and came to replace the screen protector and they said your number is not in the system, cannot replace and I have to order from manufacturer. I called T-Mobile customer service and I purchased again to make sure it's in the system. Thanks I asked Isabel " are you sure you can put in the system if I paid in full, she said "yes". It was on January 10, 2020. My screen protector crashed again, I went to another store and they said it's not in the system, cannot replace. I drove to Hanover Park again, Isabel said " I didn't know that you are coming back instantly " WOW! How politely she said to the customer? Is that the way she was trained for customer service? She cannot fixed in the system, there is no manager. Miguel replaced my screen protector but it is not privacy one just the regular one that I noticed on the way back home. Miguel advises me to keep the receipt to proof every time. It's ridiculous. Why can they do their job properly? Not enough training given? Employees need to be trained how to respect the customers no matter what happen and in any situation. read more

Terrible customer service and a terrible person who took advantage of my mothers language barrier. They lied to my mom who is on my account and who does not speak English well. They said that she would get a Black Friday discount on her phone purchase. However, they did not tell her that we have to be on a different plan to get the deal. So a few weeks later when the bill came in we found out that we had to pay the full price of the phone. read more

This store is complete garbage. Employees are lazy and useless, with cocky attitudes. store will be empty and you will still have to wait a very long time. Avoid this store at all cost better off going to Stratford mall tmoble which is a corporate store. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

GO TO A CORPORATE LOCATION! As a team member from another store informed me, non-corporate locations are just there to make money; and I completely agree. The three times that I have been in there to set something up (or fix a problem), I have had to call customer care to fix whatever this location did. Also, the only person who can complete any transaction is the manager--which means five other employees are constantly standing around. If that isn't bad enough, almost all of the employees were taking personal calls or texts on their devices when there were customers in the store. Not professional. Drive the extra few minutes and go to another location. I will not being going back. read more

I visited the T-Mobile Store on Irving Park Rd in Hanover Park to purchase four cell phones. Six employees were in store. Only one was able to process purchases. I picked out phones and set up accounts with 2 GB of data and unlimited talk and text which totaled $100/month. When finalizing the transaction, I noticed that the clerk had written $120/month on the account. I brought this to her attention, and she wrote over the figure to change it to what I wanted. When I asked if that was my copy of the contract, she said it was for her records, even though the customer survey was on the sheet. When I got home, the voicemail was not installed on two of the phones. I called T-Mobile customer support for assistance. They were able to fix the problem and went over my plan, as I am a new customer. The customer service rep said that I was signed up for an unlimited plan, which would have cost over $200.00 a month! If I did not have the voicemail issue, I would have received an unexpectedly high monthly bill. Be careful, do not trust this location! I still do not have a copy of the customer satisfaction survey. read more
