Eric, with his years of experience & expertise was keeping up with his customers request! My carrier from CA already has been prepared with necessary log in & access codes. Currently, adding me on to AT&T; my wife already worked up an estimate cost @ $ amount. We chose between cost to join & with the cleared trade in value of my existing phone we would get added $ for the added new iPhone & + a new addition to. Eric, concurred with our transaction & we all were on board. So far it's just the actual time spent to get all info from new to old phone info. We left that evening @ 3.0 hours with Cloud info & passwords access. I came back the next day & he rechecked the information & Cloud to be complete. Eric, gave me thorough instructions regarding erasing info & all other information are carried over. As I mentioned earlier, I'm very adamant about my requests & Eric's customer service & professionalism came thru. I spoke & my opinion varied from my wife's perspective & as always I rev people up & I was one star less!? Eric came thru bc I'd be coming by or calling on him regarding future inquiries; Eric is the best person to see & customize your contract with a list of options that'll make you get the most for the money that you spend! Went back inside and they brought it to the back and only talked about how there were scratches on the screen and how they can't remove the screws. No apology no accountability nothing. They said it probably happened because of their heat pad. Then tried to call At&T and never offered to help afterwards and had to get help at the actual AT&T store instead. However, recent changes have been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid by Amazon to handle these returns, the store now charges two dollars for tape and two dollars to print a label that Amazon already provides. Other retailers like Kohl's, Whole Foods, and Staples make it truly convenient, free of charge, and require no prepackaging at all. That's what good customer service looks like.
