We stopped in to add a line to my husband's plan and were taken care of by Martin. He was so full of energy and positive vibes it was refreshing. He made the whole process so easy and informed us about the bogo line deal available to our specific plan so my husband added an additional work line. Martin was informative and friendly. He got us in and out with two new iphone 17 pros in an hour. Its hard to find great customer service sometimes so we appreciated his great attitude and willingness to help us step by step. read more

I called to ask a few questions and the guy who answered was SO helpful and gave me all the information I needed. If I have any more problems or anything I'll def go back to this store. 10/10 read more

My Husband & I went in to upgrade my phone & to add 2 more lines. We were expecting to be there for HOURS but Eunice helped us out sooo much! We were literally in & out in about an hour & a half with everything we needed to do. She was so sweet & was very patient with us. All the workers in the store were nice and helped out where they could. I highly recommend this store & Eunice if she is available! read more

Went in to get a new SIM card for my gateway as the one included was potentially damaged or just wasn't working as it should. An associate by the name of Hayden if I'm not mistaken had me in and out in about 10 minutes. He made sure my internet was working before I left with the new SIM card installed. Thanks a lot again man! read more

I visited T Mobil on July 3rd at 4 PM and stayed there until 10:30 PM. The sales representative named Lauren provided a terrible experience. She was not attentive and gave us misinformation about a promotion that had expired after we were approved and selected our phones. I noticed that she was constantly distracted, observing people coming in and out of the store, and she was unable to answer or clarify any of my inquiries about T Mobil services. I had to contact T Mobil myself on the 4th of July, and received better support I transferred my tablet and phone line on my own. It is evident that she requires sales training, and her manager should have assisted her. Overall, this was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had with any mobile phone company. If it wasn't for my son, who's in the military, I need it wireless Internet I would of walked out the door and never switche provider. read more

Poor customer service and communication. Kevin supposedly ordered my phone to the store for pick up over a week ago and my mom called today and it's still not in stock, it was never ordered, and it would actually come to the house when it is ordered which was 100% not what he said. My family drove over 30 minutes yesterday to take care of their phones since they couldn't help them same day last week and they were closed with no explanation despite their posted hours online and in store saying they are open. Truly disappointed in this store and company. Once my spouse and I are on our own phone plan together, we will not be going with T-Mobile. Also to note, they are the only company without a nurse discount. read more

Best experience at a mobile store. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I came in to the store thinking about switching from Verizon's expensive plans, they helped me and my family pick the best phones for each of us and helped us set everything up. Thank you so much for helping us save money! read more

I LOVE this location. They really worked with us and found the best plan for our needs. The NUMBER 1 Employee's at this location is MICHAEL & MARTHA! They are the best! I will only request them! read more

The employees don't check the sign-in sheet so there's a good possibility you will be skipped, even if you speak up.

They lie and change there story ever time I go in you can't believe them. Unless you open a new account Or a new phone. Your not wanted. went to get a screen for my iphone Waited an hour to be told they don't have it she order it for me. Never got a comfermation any thing called T-Mobile to see when I would receive my screen Procter it was never order. So she order me a new one and I got an email confirmation within minutes that it was was done. Don't trust them. At this store they just want the commission. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. After hours of trying to get service our rep left (in the middle of our transaction) and gave it to another associate. They never activated the phones and told us it might be the next day before it activated. It never did and I was done with their horrible customer service. So I took the phones (that were never activated) back and they wanted to charge me $100 restocking fee bc they didn't do their job in the first place!!! I have never seen a company with customer service this horribIf your smart you will NOT get phones from them!! You will be sorry! read more

I went into the store to make the switch from att to Tmobile. I was fed up with att ridiculous rate plans. The store rep that helped (Michael t ) was very knowledgeable on our needs. Was able to get the phones we wanted and also at an affordable cost. The store manager was also very kind in listening to our rant about att was also very knowledgeable. Our biggest concern was the coverage and being able to take our plans over to Germany. I was very pleased to see that we would be covered in Germany. Thank you again for the amazing experience. read more

Don't go there. People are rude. Wait time is long and not place to sit.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. They signed me up for a plan that I couldn't even use and refused to refund my money in my original payment method. I switched from metropcs to T-Mobile on November 3rd 2018 because I was going to Europe for a week and needed a plan that would allow me to call and text from Europe. I asked to sign up for the cheapest plan. The rep at this store signed me up for a $45 pre paid plan with a $15 add-on that was supposed to give me calling and texting while I was in Europe (Czech Republic). Once I got to Europe, on November 5th, my phone was not working for calls or texts. I called the T-Mobile support number and was told that the $15 plan I was signed up for would not work in conjunction with the $45 pre-paid plan I had, and was told that $15 would be credited to the credit card I used to pay for the plan. By November 13th I still had not received a refund. I called T-Mobile again and was told that to receive a refund I would need to visit any store location since my original transaction was made in a store. I went to the nearest location to me and was told that I needed to drive back to the original location of my purchase. When I went back to the Alsbury store where I originally signed up for a plan, they told me that all they could do was give me a credit on my account for $15 because pre-paid services are non refundable. I lost $15 just because the worker who signed me up for my plan had no idea what they were doing. There is no way I am staying with T-Mobile after this and so there is no use for their offer of a $15 credit. This review is a warning to anyone who tries to sign up for a plan at this store. Do your own research and do not rely on their knowledge. read more
