If you need help from a Verizon store with your phone or any issue, don't come here.My iPhone 16 wouldn't charge or stay on. It's Less than a year old so that was odd to me . I went in to see if they could help me or what steps I could take if maybe I could upgrade my phone if need be. I didn't get the workers name so that's unfortunate, but she didn't know much and kept going to another associate to answer any question I asked her, which was annoying but it's fine. She gave me four options 1. Pay off the balance of the phone which was about 600 dollars. No thanks 2. Add another phone line and pay for just for both phones but only have one line, does that make sense? Ya, didn't to me either 3. Go to a phone repair shop and have them fix it (excuse me. what? ) 4. Shop around carriers since Verizon wasn't willing to help per this store. I went to T-Mobile since I was in tears not being helped . I have 2 small babies. I need a phone for mostly safety reasons . T mobile said if your phone is less than a year old (which I repeated to Verizon store over and over again) you can go to the apple, and they'll replace your phone since it's within the year apple warranty and he wasn't sure why Verizon didn't tell me that since it's what they tell there customers. I went to apple, and they replaced my phone in under 30 mins. In conclusion of this I really want to switch plans completely out of Verizon because they seriously didn't care to help or listen. Where are the zero stars? This place is the worst. We were made all kinds of promises, but most undelivered. Including a gift card to buy us out of our contract ($640). The manager, Tory, was very nice and gave us his "personal cell phone," but quickly redirected us to customer service when it was clear he lied to us. Hoping this helps People stay away. I know I should've looked at reviews more closely. We had been with ATT for years with no problems, but all of the Verizon ads were appealing. That's just it, a smoke show. Stay away! read more

Beware worse wireless company out there. This store located at 12550 South Freeway in Burleson Tx. The other store in Wilshire Blv in Burleson and the one in Cleburne Tx. Habe the worse customer service people working at this 3 locations. There employees will lie to your face, be rude and straight out racist. Verizon seems to only hire the worse of the worse. We gat cell service with them on 2024 and decided to change to a new carrier in 2025. Due to their poor customer service , and our bill increasing every month with no explanation. They never have an explanation for anything when it comes to your bill. Started service with them in June of 24, cancel and paid all money owed on equipment in full on the spot the day we cancel service. Then paid the last bill a few days later when I came on the mail. For a total of $1,693.02. And then they send another bill for over $1,200. Straight out crucks and to tap it all off they refused to gives u receipt when we cancel and paid the money. Verizon Worst internet service, bad connection, over charge even when i had "unlimited", bad customer service after closing my account they ding my credit for late return on equipment because i got the return box late. read more

In September of 2023, we began phone and internet services with Verizon Wireless. We lived on a budget and our bill could not exceed $179. My late husband and I brought our phones (purchased elsewhere), but used their internet box. At that time, there was a promotion in the amount of $800 credit if a paid phone was turned in and I paid $700 up front. We turned in an iPhone 13 with 512 GB to receive and iPhone 14 with 512 GB. I first received $235 up front and then payments of $22 off on my bills in credits thereafter. We received great service up until the summer of 2024 when our bill began to steadily increase. We attempted to remedy the bill and agreement to no avail. We went to the South Freeway Location in Burleson many times for help and we were met with rude individuals who did not care to help. We switched services to another provider and during that time we had a Verizon agent on the phone due to difficulty switching. At the end of the conversation, they let us know that everything was clear and resolved and they closed our account. They let us know to take the internet box to UPS and keep the receipt for proof. Now, Verizon is trying to charge me $644 for the iPhone I have already paid for and the internet box I already turned in. I am receiving phone calls every day about me owning them money and they sent my account to a collection agency. When I call to try to mitigate the claim, no one can help me, the South Freeway store in Burleson, where we bought the phone and began our services, refuses to help still. Horrible Service, went today to ask for the new Galaxy Ultra promotion and the rep told me that is better to go online, waste of time and travel I been a customer for 7 years due to the coverage... but highly thinking to switch to TMobile... Thanks for the reply, but due to the experience at the store I decided to give a shot to TMobile, was skeptical due I travel often and Verizon always give me great service; I changed our personal accounts and merge our business ones, I had a legacy plan, and TMobile give me an offer I can't resist on the Magnenta Plus Bussines side. I honestly can not believe all the negative reviews... I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great experience. I just upgraded to a IPhone 14 Plus with Dalton and I have to say I don't think I have had better customer service anywhere. Dalton knew his stuff and was very patient with me. We went over the differences in the phones and the accessories for over two hours. I left with everything I needed and will continue to pass the location on Wilshire to come to this store. I stopped in here just to pick up a case for a new iPhone. Like a lot of the cell phone retailers, this location wants you to sign in. So, after a while of waiting (also after receiving a text saying that I was "next"), I noticed two other employees come out of the back and start stocking shelves. I asked if one of them could help me since I was next in line and literally just needed to make a purchase. One of them, Jared, the "solutions manager," began to scold me about how busy the store was and that he couldn't just help everyone who asked him and how that was unfair to other customers. One of the salespeople, Alex, immediately intervened and said he'd ring me up shortly. He handled the matter quite well and tactfully. In short, the words I'd use to describe Jared probably don't belong on a family friendly website. And I'm getting very tired of the trend that most cell phone retailers have with the sign-ins. They enjoy putting you on hold for hours on end while they transfer you to clueless employee to clueless employee, with no one caring or knowing what's going on. i am on my 3rd motorola phone in less than 6 months. I'm not sure if motorola is a good phone or not, but in my experience with them I would have to say no. most times when I go to this verizon shop the fellas are friendly and helpful. This past week I dealt with a 30-early40ish woman with dark rim glasses that was not friendly or helpful. when I arrived there were 6 employees in the store and I was the only customer. most were busy having fun with each other and I got stuck with Ms unfriendly. Apparently she didnt like having to help a customer. I feel these people need to remember that not all people work in a job where we get to pkay with and learn how to use the latest technology. Many of us do other types of jobs that dont give us time during the day to play with our phones and when we come home from work are too mentally or physicslly drained to spend time plsying with our phones. Thus, when we have a problem, we rely on the verizon employee's supposed expert help. I font appreciate made to feel like I am putting someone out because I am asking for assistance. I also dont appreciate made to feel like I am less than intellegent because I am having a problem figuring out how to solve a techno problem with my droud phone. Just a side note, but it has been difficult to find phone cases, etc. for the motorola phones since most stores dont carry stuff for motorolas. I can find lots of cool covers for I phones and Samsung, but not motorola. read more

Unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience, an idiot and like you are just making things up, AVOID THIS STORE!!! My less than 6 month old 8+ that was purchased from this exact store has multiple things going on with it, the guy literally just plugged it in, said it's charging fine AND referred me to the apple store! It was probably the worse customer service that I have ever experienced! And this is totally petty but I'm a little aggravated, 6 months ago they allowed my husband whose name is not anywhere on my account (it formally was a business account but was transferred as a personal account a little before then) charge both the 8+ & a watch on the account!
