First they forgot to replace the battery and had to open it back up. Upon leaving the store I noticed that the new screen constantly cycled the Lock Screen on and off at random. Also would not charge properly. Took it back a few days later and they agreed to replace the battery and the screen. After replacing the screen and battery they couldn't even get it to turn back on. Turns out both screens were defective out of the box. Junk parts. Replaced the screen again and it worked fine........for a week. Screen cracked under the glass and the phone was completely unusable. Took it back and was told that it was physical damage and they wouldn't warranty it. They were willing to replace the screen again at a cost. I said no way I'm doing that and I will never have a phone repaired by anyone again after this nightmare of an experience. It may not have been there fault but the parts they sell are junk and very fragile. After approximately 3 hours of wasted time and $200 I would never recommend them to anyone.

I would leave a zero if possible. She never went over the return policy, the additional cost of insurance, etc. When I tried to return the phone and accessories today (since I don't need accessories for a phone that I'm not keeping), they would only give me $165 out of the $280 back. They told me that I couldn't return the accessories and I had to pay a restocking fee on the phone. All of this because their employee sold me a phone that she never should have sold me in the first place because she wanted her commission (it is all she talked about). In addition, my old phone was on the old network and they can't put me back on it so I now have no cell phone at all. I will give a shout-out to Hugo though who was working today. He tried to make it right, but the manager of the store wouldn't let him.

My husband and I were very briefly on a pay as you go plan with Boost Mobile... I cannot complain…read moreabout the cell service, but our "brand new" phones were constantly having issues which no online tech, or in store (extremely unprofessional and seemingly unknowledgeable representative) could ever assist us with. We even paid an extra fee per month for insurance which was not even through Boost, and never seemed to be able to offer any help whatsoever. They wanted a deductible based on the original cost of your phone, anywhere from $50 to $300 just to review your case, and could never give me an answer as to how long I would have to go without a phone, which is extremely unacceptable when attempting to secure a job, or simply have a phone you're paying a bill for that you cannot use. I highly recommend checking out Sprint (which is very affordable, and the employees are extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist you) Verizon, or AT&T before giving Boost your money. Sorry Boost, you just aren't on your game, I suggest all of your employees get on the same page, and work on your professionalism.

Review - Verizon Store (Fraud Alert)…read more I went into this Verizon store on January 20th because my phone was not working properly. They were unable to fix the issue. While I was there, since my account is a business account, I was asked if I wanted help lowering the cost of my phone lines. I agreed. After leaving, I received my next bill and discovered that 10 additional lines had been added to my account at $72.18 EACH -- with no devices attached, just numbers. It was later confirmed by Verizon's fraud department that these lines were added by this store without my authorization. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the experience was completely unacceptable. The representative I spoke with, Dylan, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I understand I was upset, his behavior was far beyond what should be expected from anyone in customer service. What's most frustrating is that during my initial visit, they had no problem accessing and working on my account -- yet when I came back to resolve a serious issue they caused, suddenly they "couldn't help." I've now spent hours on the phone with Verizon's fraud department trying to fix a situation that should have never happened. I believe in giving companies the opportunity to make things right -- but between the unauthorized changes to my account and the unacceptable treatment in-store, I felt it was important to share this experience. Decency and integrity go a long way -- both were lacking here.

When their employees can't set up a phone after you have paid for it and you question it or their abilities, they ask you to leave therefore setting you up for trespassing if law enforcement was called, they have set you up to be charged. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? I went there in good faith with my phone to have the number transferred. They couldn't so they asked me to return the flowing day. Bottom line Martinsburg employees chased me to Winchester Va to resolve. Liars, no nothing about the product they're selling other than how to punch 10 digits on a keypad. The red-haired mullet haircut person in Martinsburg is a joke of a human being or a person in retail sales. The female in the store on 8/7 who said she would be there on 8/8 is as big a liar as red hair mullet boy. Verizon do better.

I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max to GUI in Winchester on July 6 after it developed the "white screen of…read moredeath." The phone still responded to touch, but the display was completely white. They replaced the screen, and that issue was fixed. Over the next week, I started noticing problems that I had never experienced before the repair. During phone calls, if I held the phone to my ear and then pulled it away to switch to speaker so I could look something up or use my phone while talking, the screen would stay completely black and I couldn't access it. The only way to use my phone again was to wait until the other person hung up. I also stopped receiving wake-screen notifications--the phone would vibrate and make a sound, but the display wouldn't turn on. Before going back to the store, I waited a full week to make sure it wasn't a software issue and even reset my phone, but the problems continued. I went back on July 13, and the technician gave me two options: leave my phone for a couple of days for diagnostics or replace the screen again. Since I couldn't be without my phone because of doctor appointments, bills, and other responsibilities, I chose to have the screen replaced again. When I returned today ( July 18) to finally leave it for diagnostics, I was told that a diagnostic test had actually been done on July 13 &' everything came back normal. This was never mentioned to me at the time until today. The technician then said he never told me diagnostics would take a couple of days only a couple of hours, even though that's what I understood from our previous conversation. Instead of offering a solution, he suggested I just buy a new phone, even though I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which isn't an old device. I paid $208 for the original screen replacement, and every issue I'm experiencing started only AFTER the repair. I left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I wasn't being taken seriously. The technician came across as rude, and I was disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service. I simply wanted my phone fixed properly and my concerns addressed.
